Welcome to Black Cat Reactions!
A reaction channel where I discover and share my thoughts on a variety of K-pop groups and videos! I also introduce the groups to my friends and my vocal coach ❤
For now it will be mostly Stray Kids reactions, ATEEZ reactions, and BTS reactions, but who knows where this will lead! If you have any suggestions for new k-pop groups or other videos I should watch please let me know in the comments of one of my videos!
Make sure to Like, Subscribe, and turn on Notifications!
RACHA is a play on 3RACHA which in turn is a play on the word SIRACHA as the boys were 3 hot dudes . Lol. So PABORACHA are the hot fools, DANCERACHA are the hot dancers, VOCALRACHA are the hot singers etc etc etc
I've never heard of this group, I don't listen to this genre of music at all, and I don't watch reaction videos lol. I also don't speak this language. Why on earth was this recommended to me?! You know what, this wasn't bad, the chorus in particular was nice. On top of that, you genuinely seem like a lovely person and you are putting out content about something you like. Im gonna sub and leave a like, I hope you continue to have a nice time and I hope your platform expands.
This reminds me mostly of Antman and Men in Black (particularly the last one. If I remember correctly, it also had a time-traveling, or going back to past memories, element And I have a vague memory of a car at a window, or something to that effect. The little girl rescues a baby alien and it ends up helping them when she is an adult MIB agent) The velvety outfits also look like the underclothes astronauts wear (you can see the collar attacehment on Chan's) so remind me of Guardians of the Galaxy. The street you you recognized looks like a street in Seoul (one you will see in most series)
Love your vids been watching them since 250 subs. I made my Stray kids journey along side with you. Your Maniac reaction was the first i watched so thank you.
Seungmin's individual part reminds me of baby Groot in Guardians of the Galaxy vol 2. I'm kinda lost too but the horse scene references their past videos. The chef from God's menu, the goblin fire (blue flame) from Thunderous. I think the whole video references past mvs. Changbin and Han rap old school style. I thought that part was the most original and paying homage to the origins of rap. I can't wait for your album reaction!
Ohhh you really need to listen to 'Streetlight' (from Changbin ft Bang Chan). Although the song only now made it into the Skz-Replay album, the mv has been out for a while (since 2020 xD), it's simple but really good, but it doesn't show the lyrics unfortunately. The lyrics are deep and super relatable. I think you'll like it :)
OMG I'm sooo glad you loved this one! :D I was one of the few people that suggested it, I knew you would love it <3 There's not many people that react to this specific song so I'm really glad you did and even more, that is now one of your favourites (if not THE favourite)! P.S.: RU-vid isn't showing me any of your notifications (idk why, I have them on), I actually thought you might have taken some time offline (I was cool with that) but then I thought 'hmm, let me check her channel just in case' and now I saw you already uploaded more videos... ugh I hate youtube sometimes... but! Now I have a lot of videos from you to binge watch ;)
And now they have dropped the first unveil track. I think they are supposed to look unhinged, after Oddinary Ironically, the little scoop is usually called a bucket (as in a bucket of popcorn) I.N said on Bubble that it isn't I am Ground anymore, it is I.N Ground 😁 It looks like he is cutting his own ribbon in a ribbon-cutting ceremony, or freeing himself from the pedestal. The train on Han's billboard looks like a green train peeling away, or dropping off the tracks, leaving a white train in the background, still on the track. Is the white train the boring well-trod track, and the green train is breaking away from it? Or are they maybe coming from different directions and converging on one track (maybe it is the multiple SKZ worlds converging at last) To me it feels more like the green train falling away (maybe revealing the white train) It also looks like tracks on the side of the green train. Is it laying the track for the white train (the rest of us) following? The cars in both Seungmin and Felix's parts are not so much white, as 'colourless'. Like the primer coat before it is painted in colour. So still unformed, or generic. Lee Know looks like a thief who hid the loot in plain site (his teeth) 🙃
Can you please react to Stray kids DLMLU next? It's from the same album as this one, Hyunjin wrote it. Please watch the one by zaty (the same person who did this video) they're the best with translation
Someone had a good breakdown for this: 타 has more than one meaning, depending on context and phrasing. In this song, the overt one is basically in the context of "get on/get in" and come along as they rise to the top or go their own way off the path or immerse themselves in happiness or whatever else they're doing. But it's 3RACHA, so there's wordplay involved. 타 also means "burn," and they switch to this other meaning in the last line of the prechorus (translated contextually here as "blaze up"). So the wordplay comes in with "타올라" (taolla) as the last line in the prechorus, directly followed by "올라타" (ollata) as the first line of the chorus. "타올라" (taolla) to "올라타" (ollata) -- join those up and get the concept of something like "we're blazing hot; come along with us." 3RACHA: shamelessly punning since 2017. I also remember Hyunjin quoting the song when Seungmin and Felix were burning the pancakes 😆
