If the only way they can eat real food is if Peter creates it with his imagination. How have the lost boys survived all this time while Peter was gone?
I was at my grandmas xmas dinner at her house and she says, "Hey baby, eat up, get yourself some food." I reply, "Eat what?? Theres nothing here. GHANDI ate more than this!" She goes, "what u say boy?!?!" And my cousin busted out laughing since he knew that line
I’m so lucky to have been a child when this movie came out. I didn’t understand a lot of the adult stuff like I do now, but damn if this was not the best movie.
Disney: Why dont people like our new remakes? The fans who grew up watching this as a kid: Because you dont have imagination or the magic in your movies. Disney:We have representation Us: Go eat a maggot burger slugs
I'm already hungry from watching this. I still can't figure out what Popo or Poe Poe (idk how you say it probably doesn't matter) is exactly. But god bless Robin Williams soul. Rest in piece 💔 🙏
This movie affected me deeply when I was little. I had to stop watching it over and over, felt like I was connected to it in a strange way but it was too sad and scary and real. Last time i seen it I was the same age as the kids in the film. Its funny now im my 30s🐧
I never realised, but I like how when the pans with food are delivered you can see him eagerly smelling what's inside and the steam coming out because he's imagining it
this is my favourite part of the whole movie and has a powerful message that... imaginal acts create facts and we humans need to awaken to our true power that we have forgotton as adults, the power of imagination where nothing is impossible
So if you're an adult in the neverland that means that you are tested for survival. Because if you do survive the kids and the pirates; you still need food. And if you can't imagine it: you will starve
Next to the Boo Box scene, the food fight scene was always my favorite… probably because of how Peter warms up to the food game by showing Rufio up and Tinkerbell trying not to get covered in the Neverland mixed berry cream pie
I like to think when Shelby passed away in Steel Magnolias, while she lived her life wanting to he surrounded by children, her heaven was Neverland, where she could live freely forever around them forever. And like Annelle said at the end of the film, she will always be young and beautiful.
I had to watch this scene today after not watching this movie for almost 20 years, just to see if i was remembering this right. Yep, it is exactly how i remember haha
