I'm an intermediate player - just learned to Travis pick a few years ago and its opened up so many doors. This is one of the most informative and concise lessons that I've found on the internet. One of my favorite songs too. I'm looking forward to learning this one! If you have a lesson for Toulouse Street I'd be even happier.
This guys kinda the goat on youtube when it comes to learning 70's tunes that arent that popular on guitar. I remember scouring the earth when i was new at guitar a few years ago to find a tutorial on South City Midnight Lady and his vid on it was the only i could find.
I've been playing this song for years but I like the way you do it a little different with some of those riffs. I thoroughly enjoy all of your Doobie lessons.
I don't know but hopefully some in the far future will still have the instruments and talent to play this. Nothing is written down and this is a powerful, moving very well arranged piece that even Bach would be impressed. Lexington Lab Band can do this, all by ear. Impressive. The collective musical talent and composition by the musicians in Deaf Leppard is exemplary and these guys put a lot of work into it. It shows.
@@tonedr Well maybe it would be a stretch that Bach would appreciate it but hey, you never know. ! Thank you Dale for your tutorials on RU-vid. I picked up the instrument again after 15 years at 63 when I retired. I practice almost everyday and making up for lost time. I am 66 now and actually made progress that I suck less. (ha,ha). Thank you again for your tutorials they are a big help. You are so fortunate to be able to play music with such talented musicians in Lexington Lab. Very impressive. - Steve
I love this band! They do such an awesome job covering the original hits!! This was so cool to hear each of them in their own words..everyone sounds like a close friend!! Great job everyone!!! Even the video crews does an amazing job as well as the band!!! It really blows my hair back how many songs sound so close to the original!! Seriously awesome stuff!!
I want all that have been involved in producing these videos my sincere thanks for the many hours of entertainment y'all have given me!! The memories y'all have brought back to me is unbelievable! Honestly, It's really not a stretch when I say this is the best cover band I've ever heard!!
