He forgot the hatchiyack movie or w.e it was cool as fk basically taking the android like cold vibe of cell and brolys savagery and put it together you get hatchiyack He’s like the toguro of dbz
While I didn’t initially like first dbz broly movie it was due to Broly not having a personality Years later it would grow on me Fast forward to battle of gods I enjoyed finally getting a new film but while a solid good film it felt weird Beerus was not a villain for the first time in any movie just the opposition and neutral which felt weird. The threat level was there in terms of power but not intent or evil I enjoyed it but I still think it’s overrated The frieza movie to me was great we saw frieza defeated killed humiliated by trunks,having androids and cells power and later buu make frieza look weak,gohan punching frieza to death in fusion reborn,frieza being defeated by base kid goku in gt i felt the mockery was enough and it was tike for the king to return and he returned punched gohan in his first form became stronger than ever,it was a fresh interesting kick to go from frieza cell majin buu back to frieza you felt you’re reliving early dbz again….freiza also successfully blew up the earth j enjoyed that at and it was plot that saved the earth by whis. Inthink the frieza movie is way underrated and has coolers revenge vibe only it’s frieza again. I only prefer the broly movie overt this super movie. As far as dbz movies go,I think the first 5 were the best out of the 13 bcuz they had all true plots and story,dead zone was an immortal with power to open up a void,Kami was battling for the first time,goku did NOT actually defeat the villain and would not have either if gohan didn’t step in. Worlds strongest is an interesting plot I enjoyed if and tree of might this giant killer tree consuming the life force of all the earth was interesting. Movie 4 with slug is an ancient namekian and the only dbz namekian villain which made slug unique the ssj transformation looks better than the golden hair version imo the music was great,slug goes from old to young to giant it was great. Coolers revenge well friezas brother wants revenge simple plot but at least it has a story and plot. Return of cooler was not necessary would I rather it exist than not? Yes but still flawed and boring music. Android 13 is the most boring movie imo no real plot except destroy goku 🤦🏻♂️ Android super 13 is super quiet while His design is unique he has no depth and regular 13 had personality and was just annoying. Android 15 was also annoying,Android 14 was the best of them with his cool design and yet no personality but at least not annoying. Broly movie was good,bojack was the first movie since coolers revenge I truly enjoyed with a true plot and a villain with henchmen again we hadn’t had that since coolers revenge bojack was interesting looked cool the stages were cool looking,goku finally isn’t around for once at least not actively I enjoyed that. Fusion reborn was lacking plot and janemba was annoying like fat buu and super janemba was just a weaker lacking personality of super buu. I did not like this movie thought jt was extremely overrated its mostly Goku getting wrecked by janemba and then gogeta finally shows up and the movie ends. Wrath of the dragon movie was along with bojack unbound the best two imo had a lot of plot not merely a “kill goku” basic plot like some. Wrath of the dragon let other characters shine as did bio broly. A lot of ppl hate bio broly but I actually enjoyed it for the same reason it let other characters not goku vegeta have a chance at spotlight. The last movie besides bojack I remember minor characters having any significance was the tree Of might. Wrath of the dragon was great and hirudegarn might be a mindless monster like janemba but at least he looks cool and is two halved to make a whole. Hirudegarn was scary and tough and gokus super dragon first was the most overpowered cool looking attack I’ve seen and mostly why goku won not so much ss3.
Part 2 is just as good as the rest of the series. Its dip in quality really is barely noticeable imo and I think that it was a very good way of concluding the story. I like the way they take down kira physically and ideologically.
Idk if it’s me but the updated colors look… boring? Idk if I’m stupid but I kinda like the brighter tones in the trailer, kinda seem more lively and intense which is a what I like about dragonball! It should be intense! With lots of screaming like you’re taking the hugest shit of your life and powering up! I grew up on raging blast 2 :>
I almost enjoy watching videos like these more than the og content. Almost. But it’s just so much fun in a different way to see and b, even tangentially, along for the ride of someone else’s discovery of something I love. It’s just a pleasure to essentially sit and listen to someone 3h info dump and just nod along agreeing and getting excited about the epic moments all over again. I hope u never lose that fun💜💜
I had your video on in the background and hearing you mention Shaman King totally caught me off guard! I love your videos and the way you dig into these series. I would love to see you cover Shaman King someday, it's a truly underrated series! Especially since you focus on the manga, which is by far where it shines

When I met my wife, we talked for two weeks, and then she had a trip to japan planned. So we decided to do our first date the day after she got back. While she was in Japan, she asked what manga/anime is my favorite. I said Fullmetal Alchemist. When she got back and we had our date. She gave me a copy of the first volume of Fullmetal Alchemist. She had hunted for it in this giant bookstore in Japan for an hour. She later found out I actually had two favorites. I like to say Long running my favourte is One Piece short is FMA." She was so ticked when I told her my overall favorite is actually One Piece. She was like, "You idiot." When she was in Japan, the 20th anniversary of One piece celebration was going on. She said she could have gotten some really cool One Piece stuff lol. I d9nt like telling people OP is my fav because that turns into a lot of oh isnt that for kids convo. So I default to FMA. Funilly enough i got my wife into both and she loved them as well.
