In spanish we call them tuna the way my dad eats them which is so underrated peel then cut them into 4 cubes put into ziplock bag add lemon add tajin add chamoy and freez for like 2 hours and they are the healthiest cheat to ice cream or the mexican popsicles called lucas paletas no suagar no nothing 👌👏
I agree about everything you said except the food being amazing. I think coata rica has a pretty poor cuisine compared to other countries. There is not as many staple foods as in for example Mexico. At least thats what i found, let me know if I am dead wrong here
I'm in the Colorado high desert, up on the mesa, and it is survival of the fittest up here! I planted thousands of seeds, literally thousands, this year. For many different reasons, they almost all died. I had just a few surviving until we got baseball sized hail last night. I don't even want to go see the devastation. It's now July 1st and i will have absolutely nothing edible growing on my 40 acres. 😔
You’re sitting out in direct sunlight in the desert? You’re a real one. LOL! I lived in AZ for 1.5 years. Never again. Too hot. The desert, however, is very beautiful though.
