I.d love to see a comparison between this, Preston's Edge monster and Guru's A-class margin poles. I.ve seen individual reviews for each, never a comparison, I just cant decide which one to get😅 Might have to come down to your shop and have a look😁
I've had the monster for 4 yrs, with extra section bought to take it to 10m Apart from when I fish long , I always use the edge monster I have a flagship pole but the monster pole is strong ,light, lovely to ship out with and is as good as my flagship pole the top kits are cheap and long, and have the preston pulla kits in all... I think the aero pole is good, but for the same money with an extra section to make it 10 m with two top kits and cupping kit I'll stick with the It's a brilliant pole👍👍👍👍👍👍
I got the Aryzon 10ft feeder rod. A lot of rod for the money, and you can feel the quality of the 30T carbon. The 10ft Aryzon pellet waggler is also a very good rod. I've had lots of big fish on it. Extra light and crisp enough to cast all day with it, and it has got some backbone in it too. Slightly larger eyes help with distance with 6 and 8lb lines. A lot of thought went into the design of the pellet waggler rods. Dream to use. I did get an Aryzon 3000 reel at the same time, but that was returned because there were sharp edges on the bail arm that was cutting the line. Had problems with the line wrapping around the clutch adjustment knob. The knob is recessed into the spool on the Impax reels, but it stands proud on the Aryzon, and the line can wrap around it. Nytro need to re design the spool on the Aryzon reels, and do away with the fancy bail arm. It is more trouble than it is worth.
Table leg caps work great and they are dirt cheap. My matrix landing net handle was a pain in the arse tot put together and pack it back. It also does wonders if you wash it from time to time with some wax auto shampoo... Prevents dirt sticking to it and discoloration from the sun
Lost threaded fastner for mine replaced with a plastic water bottle screw cap works fine on the subject of annoying loose landing net heads that spin round when netting fish . Rubber o rings needed !
Don't forget the electric sock ad to follow, as these boots are good but I still get cold feet in them, even when it’s above 10 degrees. Bought them from you last year on the rave reviews. A bit peeved when you brought out the electric sock follow up
Get yourself a cheap pair of calipers and measure the diameter. I have found that searching for replacement tips is a nightmare. If tyre retailers started saying Dunlop's that fit a Ford Focus I am pretty sure they would go out of business. I was in the tackle shop and they had a bucket of tips, not one had the diameter on the packaging. "Bring your rod with you and try 'em" was the response". £9.99 is a good price - if they fit. And anyone saying oh just sand them down - probably fits Ford Focus tyres on their Landrover. In fact send me some and I will measure them for you , hopefully 2.6 or 2.7 mm
Sufix Advance G2 Low-Vis Green 300m, Diameter: 0.20mm, Breaking Strain: 9.9lb . £10.79 . Angling Direct. Diameter is the same for twice the breaking strain.
Despite Hungary being mentioned, the label clearly shows it as being Japanese technology. One wonders though why in over 50 years this is the first time No 1 grade line is being mentioned? That said, it may well be worth a try.
This one or Preston Interception, my problem is 36mm legs that the interception dont have. Can someone give some guidance what would be perfect sest box to buy, i have 110 kg.
