Hi Sandeep, Could you please help me to know the followings: 1) Do IT companies (in the UK or any European country) verify (i.e Background verification) all my previous Employers of India. If yes, how and what is the process. I hope you might be knowing how companies do background verification of previous employers (IT companies in India). 2) If there is a gap in employment(1.5 yrs), do UK companies (IT) or any European companies hire ? 3) Will it be the right decision to look out for UK opportunities in Software development or should I look out for some other countries like Germany/ any other European country, or and why? I will eagerly wait for your reply. Thanks in advvance
