Hi , my spouse is German citizen. I had my interview in December 2021 and my marriage verification also done on 26 January 2022... I have few questions : if possible please answer . 1.How much time they'll need to give me a visa as my verification is also completed? 2. I passed my A1 and submitted my certificate in embassy but at the time of interview counselor said maybe they'll take test of my German : Will they do even if I submitted the proof of Goethe A1 ? 3. At the time of verification : investigation officer asked me are you going to Germany permanently but I answered him : No we will decide it once I'll reach there after seeing everything and meeting with her family too ! That answer will reject my visa ? 4. Investigation officer asked me that you applied your birth certificate by yourself or through agent and then I said I got my birth certificate with the help of agent but it's 💯 authentic : that's ok ? 5. Will they take interview of my German spouse too ? Thanks in advance . Awaiting for your reply .😊

Only in exceptional cases, but spouse cannot work, so spouse has to show additional block account

Hi Vishal, congrats. Standard period is 1 to 4 weeks. For spouse, she will get with you if you apply together, recently a couple moved from Dubai with my support

Also when reading online it felt like it is 2-3 months. Thank you for your clarification. Your dependents have to apply FRV but with you. A1 will not be required if you are applying for Bluecard

@@deepalimishra7117 I got the appointment for 1st Feb for National Visa for myself and we do not have appointment for my spouse yet.For Mumbai there is no option to book for Employee and its dependents. If you are not applying for Mumbai you can check Visa at Your Door step option. For other locations, you need not to have confirmed appointment for this. Only for Mumbai they ask for confirmed for this.
