I'm not the best, fastest or smartest. But I know how to make it work and have fun. I'm happy to share with you how I do it ! Creating small engine projects with a twist from the usual. You never know what I'll be up to next.
This is so funny last week we had a bad storm for 4 days and this exact thing happened.. so ill call chamberlin, but its been 7ys. Or just buy another switch thanks for doing this video
@TufdogsPlace yes thanks so much for creating the video, i will call momday....after all these years your still the only one to me that explain the reason..
@@mspleasant74 Thank you for saying,... Well I made this video years ago, & my opener no longer works, and I have been ill and not able to properly diagnose it. . so we are doing with out the luxury... Best to you !
@@mspleasant74 IDK. My health is bad and it really isn't an issue anymore, Haven't really thought about it, probably not. May try to fix this one some day, I think it's just the safety eyes out of alignment...
What's your hurry dude ? all good video's have a small side story, that's the nature of RU-vid. Of coarse you wouldn't know anything about that cuz you haven't made any videos , Have you ?
IDK, This was just to help Steve, Not sure it did though. still haven't heard from him one way or the other, & it was a rush job on my part, so it wasn't very good . But yeah, I still love PD I had to upgrade a few years ago when that old PC I got from you had to be replaced, but I got PD16 from E-bay for 10$.. So that was hard to beat.
I couldn’t believe my eyes 🥹 that you posted a video. It’s been so long and I watched most of your torque converter videos. How’s life treating you? Have a blessed day.
I hope you're still around. Thanks for the video, very helpful. Do you remember what was the string trimmer head you used on your featherlite weed eater?
I am still around & I looked it up for you. I made a video about it, starts at the 3 minute mark link to video = → ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-AcQuRzLqoeY.html It's called the Auto Winder , made by Weed Warrior, and sold to me by Walmart. It's still on there and still works great too.. There ya go, hope that helps ...
it is an aftermarket head, & I don't know what a FL 200 is. I assume you mean a Featherlite string trimmer. in which case yes it will fit, that's what mine are. . as for recommendations,.. IDk there are so many . just look for something that isn't expensive and looks simple, to complicated opens the gate for things to go wrong and be a hassle. I like this one cuz you feed the line through it then wind it up and it's restrung. but I can't remember what it is called. I may have some videos about different heads in my playlist. Best wishes, & Good luck
I've had numerous ones explode they r trash get u a upgraded juggernaut driven pulley and u will never have to worry bout that agian the other pulley on th3 drives shaft hold up good tho
I got distracted while caring for my Mother in her final days, then my health went to crap & it's just not in the cards anymore. Thank you for asking Kayden..
I have the same problem with antifreeze and it’s the thermostat housing. I realized this when I left the truck running and went to look for the leak and it was puddled up a little bit enough to see it
Thanks, I appreciate you saying that. I shared the whole idea so people could make their own if they wanted. The draw back is it requires a custom frame to fit it on a mini bike.. That's why I built the springer bike.
The situation called for the circuit to be completed in order to function the starter. his switch was defective and letting that happen. So we had to trick it, hence the bypass. I don't know what relay would make that happen.
Turns out I needed a longer bolt and to secure it better, I learned to Smack the wrench with a hammer to finalize the snugging up of it & never had any issues after starting to do that..
The handle bars need to be removed, but the cable and wires can stay as they are, then you can manipulate the plastic to come off the machine and over the bars, hope that helps...
For a four stroke engine it fires once every two revolutions, so if the kick starter rotates half a revolution on one kick then that requires it to rotate the engine twice and that means that a 1 is to 4 transformation or mechanical advantage is required. A simpler way is just to use a lever of the third class where the load moves further than the effort. like a sweeping broom in fact. If the rope from the engine is attached to a vertical long arm hinged at the bottom, then at right angle to this a shorter horizontal arm with a foot rest would serve as the kink starter, This would provide the movement ratio set out by the gear system used in this video. After all gear wheels are levers, but since one does not need continuous rotation a lever of the third class will do just as well. It is cheaper too. Note I would pay attention to how the rope emerges from the engine to protect it from fraying by using a pulley or if one uses the levers I mentions one could position the longer lever accordingly to set the angle of the rope . Then the " Kicking lever would always be horizontally. for an easier kick.
I had to read this again and now I think I need you to show me what you mean. you're explanation is a little to complex for me to follow.. let me know when yu have your video up. Thanx
@@TufdogsPlace Sir, the Kicking arm, the radius of the gearwheels and that of the pulley are all levers with a given ratio. They can be replaced by one lever, That is not too difficult to understand. All the best,. One can explain situations in simple terms , but not any simpler than that!
@@carmelpule8493 I see, but the problem with that is you would need a 2 foot throw, and there is no where to put it, that's is why pulleys and gears work so well.
I have a roketa 250 I put new battery in it lights vome on an turns over strong an then I realized the choke cable is stuck,an throttle.any help or recommendations of repair shop?
@@TufdogsPlace I have used them. All I can find states a 4L520, and that’s what I have. Maybe my drive pulley is worn out because for just FWD and REV without tines, it moves without engaging clutch. Thanks for the reply
You'll know when the head on your trimmer wont turn anymore. then it's time. I have never seen any grease on the ends of these. perhaps it comes out and get slung away, IDK for sure.. Thanks for asking
Not real sure, it's old now but the new ones look the same. came from Harbor Freight, but really Central tool. Website doesn't say what the belt size is. Here's a link if you wanna have a look.. Sorry I can't be more help.. www.harborfreight.com/power-tools/drills-drivers/drill-presses/10-in-12-speed-bench-drill-press-63471.html
Hi good video i have a 1982 kawasaki csr 750 twin that have a electric problem is any posibility that yoy have a wiring diagram and some sugedtion on hoe i can fix it thanks im new on this help will be apreciated
I don't have a wiring diagram for you, but you can search google images for it and should be able to find it. But I strongly suggest t you find a service manual for your bike. it will more than pay for it's self after just a few fixes... You may ask a service counter at a dealer if the csr & the kz models share the same wiring harness or not... looks like they are similar. What kind of issues is it giving you ?
here's a manual I'm certain will cover your bike, from ebay, " KAWASAKI Workshop Manual KZ750 Twin CSR LTD 1979 1980 1981 1982 1983 and 1984 www.ebay.com/itm/385449702836?hash=item59be97b5b4:g:9YQAAOSwH21faHix&amdata=enc%3AAQAIAAABAOrjrR8ctOitT30%2BMCQckyABu54EWyUPQM4tYothwoeX6GaGEF5AezIwr3kI3yb81VL6QoHcHlEF2RXqnKqx4VH60pF51YCaWmiXCOlGALb9kwMLlN%2FgEmDi7oLIyvQ66EXhMt1wBCMP%2BQm4l31HYX5ZGdQXPJuLKnNtw9N253o%2BCiPYDhuH7Hb2rTGTxZvbfLWQeF83DTawVUOLFueOmpgyk4EmTCDl1h%2FPqMXrvLkSG3HMzZ9X3%2BoQSb7GuyC3yVPeuTrOQCuxo1%2FGWL7wuuLVLrfeubkG%2FKnMKz5OjugRY3PrUwu3G97VLPnNqz0gvD2MoYaS338Ne1jmADI%2FdDc%3D%7Ctkp%3ABk9SR_z00ZG3Yg
Thank you for this video. I couldn’t find a one that I have the issue with until I saw yours. It seems my one is older than year. I am going to order one on Amazon. Thank you again!
Try soaking weed eater sting in water a couple days makes it break less, might try oil to see what happens. I change string from 2 string to one to reach out further, for lighter cutting i use .65.

Thanks Harry, nice of you to check in on us. Not doing to bad, Yes I quit smoking about 3 years ago, but that was too late. I am having health issues from it now. That's why you don't see any new videos from me. Hope all is well with you. Thanks again..
Have you looked at them ? Are they bent ? That is the only thing I can think may be wrong . Check your pins too, make sure one isn't sheared off. They attach the tines to the driven shaft.
