This is the toughest decision physically, mentally, and spiritually to go through. It’s pure hell. I’ve been there. I want to tell you I believe in you. You need to believe in yourself and the power you hold. Want it. Want that life free of anything holding you back more than anything else and you’ll get it it. I promise. Oh man. My drink of choice is champagne. It might sound silly but I can hardly go a day without it. 8 days is awesome. I’m going to try for 2 days …… 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
I know what you're going through bub you can make it the first 2 weeks was the worst for me try getting you some electrolytes to hydrate yourself my 3 rd week I started jogging the natural endorphins the body release helps allot much love and prayer
There's gonna be good days and bad days and then there will be more good than bad stay around sober/clean people it gets better it gets easier hang in there been sober eight years now
Today is a new day. A new day to start over! You can do it. There is a saying “ one day or day one”. One day i will get clean or day one of being clean. You can do it. You messed up but thats ok get up brush yourself off and start again. Keep on trying. U will Get clean

Day 5 of many! So proud of you! 5 years sober here... I remember the beginning and how hard it was. I love that you aren't letting your relapses stop you and just give in and continue to use. You get back up the next day starting over. With that attitude, your sobriety WILL BE permanent. Keep at it!
Every day you are sober is a day you should honor your strength. You can believe that God and Jesus are helping you through, that can give you strength. But remember that you are the one who makes the final decision of what get put into your body. So, every day you are sober, give yourself the credit you deserve.
I was in your shoes 10 years ago.. Its hard and stressful but I'm 100% sure u can do it if i did it... The more u speak about it the easer it will be...
