instead of using react-query I would just implement a custom hook for the project that reduce redundancy and track request state. You can make it typed for typescript easily with a generic function, like <T>
Thank you so much, my brother. I don't usually comment, but I watched the entire video, and the creativity, time, and effort you must have put into creating something of such high quality is truly incredible.
Your video just happenend to pop up on my feed and I want to take the time to say how INCREDIBLE this was! You did a terrific job of explaining each step. I have taken the time to click on the Kinde link to say Thanks to you. But also I would like to say a huge Thank You here for sharing this incredible video with us.
Thanks man, I learned a ton, but my curiosity isn't satisfied yet. I use the react snippets extension and do a "rfc" at the beginning for each new component. Is there any difference/advantage in using arrow functions? I could see the reason for having a seperate export at the bottom of the file if you had more than one function in a component, but I just developed the habit of doing a standard: "export default function ComponentName() {.....}"
Thank you for such a lovely project Josh, it truly is beautiful. Word of advice for anyone doing this now: a lot of things have changed and it make it really difficult to follow along especially as you're learning, TCRP has updated their docs , the library isn't free and some issue with Pinecone. Maybe do something more up to date.
