Two years ago a best friend and I seen one of the best ever in a little place as Austin does. Around turkey day. We like to write and play but after that show made me want to learn more because this everyone needs a lesson. How about a song writing lesson we can afford.
Purple cactus sure look cool out in that area, good fishing too , always better when it's free. Thanks for taking the time to send a heads up on great things going on in the music. Getting this old red car running again, see y'all out. there.
My husband has a song he wrote that gives me Slaid Cleaves vibes(below). We are long time and forever fans of yours. Keep ‘em coming!! ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-Y9eUtG9ctjk.htmlsi=__aH4CobqG-QMilj
Wonderful. Nice seeing you in cyberspace. Hopefully I can get it together to catch a show next time around on the seacoast. It's been awhile. I do recognize the guitar.
👏🏻👏🏻 very nice. I heard about you from Otis. I’ll check out more of your music. All 3 of my sons live out of state now. Makes the holidays less fun. I’ll have one home this year 😊
they just announced layoffs for February in Toledo and Detroit. Shawn can say what he wants, but we all know it's just a UAW corp VS an International one. Loved since rustbelt fields, just wish everyone could understand the game.
Thank you, man. You always drop exactly what I need at exactly the right point in my life. So much love to you and yours, may health keep y'all close. One day, I'll annoy y'all at a live show again.
This is a sublime song, penned and beautifully sung by the mighty Slaid Lovely location for the lament and hope everyone has a wonderful Christmas despite everything Awesome ✅
Love this song Slaid! It's as sad as your song "Temporary" ......hits me in the guts just the same way. Reminds me that I am not the only one thinking about loved ones from the past when I am looking at those old walls. Yet, it's a Christmas song, and one of the few that I like. That makes 2 for you Slaid, this one, and your Mr. Grinch song. Right on man............ anyway, it's December 7th and I am lucky enough to have my drum boots on.....rode my motorcycle to work today! Pretty rare for Indiana December time.
My wife and I heard this one for the first time when you played in Amherst. What a great song to hold each other to. I think it's her favorite of yours!
what a spectacularly poignant song in light of so many things that each of us has been through. thanks for this and so much more. haven't seen you Canada for a while now and sure hope you come back again.
I love Slaid❤ We discovered him when we moved to Texas 2003. They play his music on KNBT. We had never heard of Americans music in Florida. We fell in love with the music, KNBT & SLAID ! We have seen him in house concerts & in a cave & in Fischer. If he's local, we are there!
Recently seen Slaid for the first time and am really loving this song and the video of Tucumcari and Route 66 is really cool since I live in Santa Fe but am from Maine.
