Dude... Stop using effects for no reason, it looks like you just wanted to play with adobe premier for awhile and just forgot to stop adding effects every 4 seconds. Sound effects are not adjusted to fit the volume level at all. Most of the effects add nothing and honestly make me wonder what the hell you were thinking. Some effects are downright idiotic and literally do not fit whatsoever, why the hell is there laughing at 3:22 (wtf)? A "wide rocks glass" isn't what is best for mezcal. You have the right idea, but you would ideally want a glass that traps the aromas in the glass so you get a strong aroma when you go for a sip. Snifters or wine glasses are ideal. I don't need to know anything about food pairings. I guess since it is clase azul maybe their audience doesn't know anything, but dude I fucking don't want to hear how they don't use an autoclave for a MEZCAL, I KNOW. Does this mezcal have additives? How does this compare to other durangos? How would you compare a northern region mezcal to a southern one, is there different flavors based on the regional differences? How about talking about other clase azul mezcals and their pairings? 65% grade, see me after class we need to have a discussion on your performance.
I thought the Patron Anejo was a clear step above the Casamigos Anejo, but that’s why you’ve gotta try everything yourself ha. Casamigos Anejo : 7.5/10 nose, 8 taste Patron Anejo: 8/10 nose, 9/10 taste
Tequila and mezcal, two totally different families and production proceses, it will be really hard to compare, want to know the truth, tequila va tequila, and mezcal vs mezcal! The only way! But you are a good Catador
Both have additives. Glycerin, oak, agave syrup & caramel (1% each for texture, flavor, sweetness & color.) but, drink what you like. I lean toward additive free myself. Ocho, Cazcanes, G4, Forteleza, ElTesoro, just to name a few of the best.
I tried the reposado yrs ago when it was cheaper and i thought it was bad. Then i tried Gran Maya & i gave up on the fancy looking bottles altogether. 😂
Clase Azul Añejo is overpriced syrup. It tastes nothing like other Tequilas super sweet and full of additives. Your paying for a pretty bottle. Just my opinion.
