No offence for the department and officers . But this special program should be performed within and inside the Police Department and Specially IRBN . Our state Arunachal is a hub of drugs and IRBN are the main source of drugs . So the Govt. Of Arunachal Pradesh should perform this kind of program for the drugs addict persons and as they have work of our govt . Its govt duty to give them one chance and rehabilitation program should be perform for our departments . This is a serious concern . No one can hide this as we all know Arunachal Police and IRBN are highly influence by toxic chemical substances.

The device that they are using by putting inside the mouth and asking them to blow it , do they really clean it or sterilize it, before putting it on each person's mouth, cause for the sake of catching drink and drive people, they might be transferring all those deadly communicable diseases such as TB, Hepatitis B , viral and bacterial infection, HIV AIDS if the person have open wound or bleeding lesion in the mouth.
