Well it is booming right now. We have been three weeks behind for years now. Almost four weeks out now. I have learned you’re either a RU-vidr or you operate lasers. I don’t have enough time in the day to do both, but we hope to get some more videos posted soon.
@@FiberLaserTraining THANK you reason i asked is because i currently have a cnc plasma table and still work full time in my trade of pipefitter/ welder. I have been slowly building up that side of my company and i can only show my family so much of that business side but want them to take a more hands on with some type of laser or engraving side
this is exactly i am intending to do teaching my daughters to learn this machine , so they collect money for higher education , i m the single atm of my house working at max capacity but still hardly making both ends meet , i m sure this machine will help us a lot
@@Yukam1912 I own an AEON mira7 co2 and it’s superb. The fibers though are mainly digital devices. I wouldn’t think twice about getting one from them. Tell Elisha that I sent ya.
Thanks for the video. 1st time on your channel. Did using the fiber laser change the color of the engraving. I currently do not like how my coasters come out using a 10W diode. GRAY! Is there a way to engrave them WHITE?
Very nice work!! I just got into lasers a couple months ago...have been doing slate with my CO2 laser but wow when I can afford my next laser I'm getting a fiber...definitely following you know for more tutorials!!

I know how to create 3d models, but I don't know how to draw in raster or vector programs. Can a laser machine accept a .stl file with the correct dimensions (e.g. 0.25 mm engraving depth)? Or do I need a vector or raster file?

Good question! It’s from a company that went out of business and I would hate for people to look for the machine and it doesn’t pull up for a search. I use Hao Tian lasers.
Not sure what you’re referring to that won’t work but we use the above method on all 9 of our galvo lasers and they’re all spot on. I can help you if you’d like. Just email me to set up a time. Good luck and thanks for watching!!!

How long did the coin take? What's the depth of the "cut"? and could you add slopes and topology instead of a binary "these parts are removed and these parts are untouched" ?

My 50w gets here tomorrow. I think ours probably shipped to the US together. Thats neat man. Been watching a few of your videos. Im new to fiber lasers. Done a whole lot of CNC lathes and have a cnc plasma table. Im excited! Seeing this video on here was awesome! Once i get the fiber i may start a channel. Maybe.. lol

I did a few slate for the first time yesterday while using the Omtech 180 fume extractor and omg it smelled horrible. Is that normal?? If not I wonder what the heck happened to cause the smell. Do you vent or use a fume extractor for your fiber? I tried like hell to get white and never could. I have the EMP 50w raycus.
Yes the smell is not pleasant. The lense you use will determine the colors you can get! We use a self contained hepa/charcoal filter and they work super well.
Would you please show me how to engrave a label over aluminum brushes? I have some nail brushes that need to be labeled, but I can’t make the engraving deep enough to pass the black coat of paint over the natural color of aluminum. Thank you in advance.
Please make a video on EZCAD 2 settings for engraving plastic such as a Glock lower. I melted the last one I did. Thank you in advance. Love your vids btw.
@@andrewbrady8202 you can convert in many many different ways. Inkscape is free. There are more like Adobe Illustrator and corel draw but they cost money in one way or another.
Great Duo! I just got my 50W Raycus and started with Lightburn (No EZCAD2 for this Mac User)....really dumb question I"m sure...what is the angle value of 5670? I'm baffled as that's WAY more than 360....

No it was in Mauldin SC. They refused donations due to the rona. We ended up giving the money to a undergraduate medical student and another $500 throughout the laser community. You in GA?
