I'm particularly interested in the cases presented at 16:58 and 18:16, as they are my cases. ;) Quick update, these teeth are still present in the patient's mouth (both teeth are in the same patient's mouth). He travels 4 hours in one direction to come to my office. Earlier this year, we noticed that there is a fenestration on the facial of number 10, so he may lose the tooth; however, we're very pleased that we have been able to keep this tooth for over 11 years now. I actually didn't have "the foresight" to save this tooth, as you mentioned... I wanted to extract the tooth also. It was the patient who INSISTED that I save the tooth. As for tooth 30, I actually DID use an Nd:YAG laser along with the perio trays and occlusal adjustments. He'll have that tooth forever, as his compliance is very good. We may have actually used Kettenbach impression material on him, as it used to also be my impression material of choice. We don't use it any more. Interestingly enough, I asked them to sponsor me so that I could train dental offices on my Perio 101 course; but they wouldn't sponsor me!

Who thumbs this down?!!! My dental hygienist recommended perio gel and trays! Been using it twice a day for 10 minutes. Will return in 3 months for a check up.
It is morally questionable not as you have mentioned. You can switch these cells to female ova or male sperms which are also mesenchymal in origin and then you could leak these cells to recipients other than the intended (autologous) ones (of course if they are identically histologically, i.e MHC compatible).
I'm not so sure that increasing Sales...is not the main goal here! It's so difficult to find and to 'trust' any dental practice, that will 'help' those truly in need, and whose pockets are far from lined with much of anything. Really stinks!!

@Bob Bamboo did you get implant supported removable dentures? $8k isn’t so bad I guess. I want to get implant supported fixed bridge at some point to replace my bad molars and premolars. Or if I can’t afford that I’d get implant supported partial dentures

Well so far for filling the gap for esthetics and chewing purpused. But the these treatment are 100%. There is always discomfort or infection overtime. .
