That'd be a Circumscribed-22° Halo. Circumzenithal arcs have the same shape as rainbows, instead of red being on the inside of the arc. Nevertheless, it's a very pretty sight either way, and very similar. Nice shot. - from some guy over a decade in the future.
I will never forget the iconic moment where I was sitting right at the front of the first carriage, being yanked by the DC and DF locos, and hearing the roar and grumble from them. Good memories!
