Wow, what an incredible video! The level of detail and rawness in this New Zealand hunting adventure is simply captivating. The perseverance and effort you guys put in, from battling the challenging terrain to the intense final moments of the hunt, really showcase the true spirit of wilderness hunting. The footage of the stags and the beautiful landscapes is breathtaking, and it’s clear how much passion and skill went into this expedition. Can’t wait for Part 2-keep up the amazing work!
Typical just worried about the trophy hv a bit of empathy for the animal as it having its last breaths just goes to show theres still muppets that hv no idea
This may be dumb but was this shot around Dunedin? If so bugga that way too bloody cold for my taste. Butter fish is my favorite fish by the way. So damn yummy!
I think i heard one of these guys when i was camping.. can they sound like a man yelling when you hear them from far away? I can't figure out what else it could be that i heard.
I was in there a few weeks back and sadly the cham were out of reach. Had to pitch the tent on the icy and snow by the creek and it was blimmin cold haha. It was epic to see so many animals and a good number of stags too but the stags were all scrubby and the chamois were on the icy bluffs that I wasn’t too keen on falling off. Good stuff lads!
Looks like Sandfly bay. I had a look on Google Maps and to get to that little cove looks like a hell of a long way along the rocks in the low tide and a no go with high tide. Would that be correct?
Hey Fellas, I certainly respect the time you spend researching marketing strategies and how to get more clicks. Clever title description and lives up to the name of "clickbait". So kudos, it got me interested and clicking! Although, if I'm honest I'm not a fan of good fellla hunters like yourselves sacrificing integrity for views. Nonetheless, your wilderness stag hunt is one of my all-time favourite NZ youtube hunting vid, true adventure spirit and mountain rewards in that film! Keep charging!
Hey Ben. Glad you like the content and thanks a lot for the thoughtful feedback! As you say it’s a bit of a balancing act between coming up with titles that attract attention to grow the channel and something that over exaggerates things a bit much. This time I think it was a little too misleading so we’ve edited the title to better reflect the vid. Thanks again for taking the time. Happy hunting!
@@DunedinSpearo Mad respect fellas on accepting you got it slightly wrong and making the necessary changes. You just gained a lot more respect from me!! Keep creating memories and building character in the mountains!
Bugga big beautiful stag going about its business-understand if it was about survival dude was so happy like he’d wrestled it bare hand when it’s really sneaky hiding crossing a river -I just don’t get it -but that’s it -they don’t get I’m vegetarian -what a sport they also say they are a pest -I don’t see them doing any damage-maybe the odd farmer’s fence
They are pests because of the damage they do the forest. deer, possums and pigs do huge amounts of damage to the New Zealand ecosystem. sometimes you do feel guilty shooting them but at the end of the day they are a nonnative invasive species and need to be killed.
