You should’ve stretched out the dough. It was too thick and you should’ve pre-bake the dough because otherwise it’s gonna be very dopey when you eat it.
Please give clarity on the Temperature and time setting to do the preheat which is not available in subtitle also I have pizza flour ( josepf mark 00 unbleached pizza flour)can I used that to make bread or should I have to buy separate flour. Also adding salted butter or un salted butter is it advisable please suggest also shall I add olive oil instead of vegetable oil or any specific vegetable oil?

Some flours absorb less water also the altitude is a contributing factor, Try adding flour little by little until you reach to the consistency shown in the video.
Not a pancake if cooked in the oven; no difference than baking it normal. All u did was roll it flat. Wow, so glad u made a video showing that. Couldnt have figured that out
