Draining and flushing my cooling system today. I do this twice a year because of watching what you had to go through. My heater core is still good after 260,000 miles.

Just a warning about those hidden bolts under the insulation on the blower box. He said there were only two hidden ones but mine had four, and I broke my box thinking all the screws were out and it was just stuck.
I have an 04 Monte Carlo SS, with a Supercharged 3800 Series II engine, and only 41k miles on it. This video pretty much summed up my problem. However, I think there is a recall for the key ignition rotation or something similar to that. I wonder if I really just need a starter or if the dealership will fix all the recalls & try to still charge me for any of the work they're supposed to do for free? Any ideas.
