Your video hit on a random suggestion, so I watched it. Very impressive video of the 120 mile run on the abandoned tracks, which led me to this video. I like your style and the ability to engineer what you need to fit the occasion. Nice job and nice build.
Thank you for covering all the engineering and machining aspects of this. I rode a lot in Santa Cruz and appreciate your travels and the good drone and editing of all the videos. Now you need to add an electric weedeater option on the front cat whiskers for those pesky grass and weeds! We can see the poor quality of the tracks, maintained for coal trains to davenport. They wanted to put a tourist train on them in Capitola / Santa Cruz, what a mistake... I noted when they got people on a train to see they noticed how bad the tracks were for passengers. Your films really show how wavy, rolling and bad shape they are in. The bike really takes it well and those welded ground connections are a real challenge you designed well! I read an article about how we ended up with the width size so strange, it came down to roman road width and the width of two horses butts! Thanks!
But wouldn't the distance on the outsides of the targets be farther away, therefore taking more time to reach it? Maybe it's shooting faster than you think? 🤔
Not to be 'that guy' but... well, actually no I'm 100% that guy here lol - you didn't show the feed mechanism! There's not really a way to assess how impressive this is without including that lol Like the effect is cool on its own, but when evaluating the actual cool factor of the weapon, it doesn't count for squat without seeing how it's feeding these rounds. I think it'd still be neat if you're just blasting through a reservoir of ammo, but it's an entirely different level of cool if you weren't lol and we gotta know! Would be even cooler if there's a breach and stopping of air between shots though for rate of fire maximizing this seems like a pointless pursuit purely to show off lol
GRAVITY MAGAZINE and use the sucktion from the gas blowing out to pull the ammo in OR get the air blowing first then feed in ammo. To make the gaps closer or even make then go away.
At no point during editing you thought to add the video of the cans being shot "THE ONLY THING PEOPLE WANT FROM THE VIDEO IS NOT IN IT" Worst editor in the world
Why dont you show it working? The whole video is you explaining crap when you could just show the cans being shot. That is all i want to see i dont cear how many rounds are coming out or how it comperes to a real gut shooting real bullets. All you got is still frames fk you!
Love the idea, the engineering, and the challenge but "firing" is the wrong word surely? There's no fire involved. Its as off-the mark as people "firing" a bow and arrow or a crossbow. Shots seems to be the right word to use all the time. Great respect and appreciation for your work,
Old railroad tracks laying abandoned. High quality steel, professional grade engineering and installation. Just waiting for innovative uses like this. 73 and a cyclist, I have seen several attempts to convert abandoned rail lines into cycling paths. This versatile two wheeler, able to ride rails and off road: You are the leading edgo of more ways to take advantage of high grade infrastructure currently not being used. GREAT VIDEO! Thank you (The part of you waking up without coffee kinda bothered me)
I don’t understand why you are concerned that you might have to ride slow for the drone to follow. Why does it have to be a race constantly? RU-vid points? Just enjoy the moment. If we want to watch races we can go to those channels offering races.
Fantastic video! I especially enjoyed the drone coverage!! Did you take along a solar panel to charge all the batteries needed? Thank you for a very cool video!!
