Of course it's good, to have a teacher and sometimes practice it in a location without the usual distractions. But it's so beautiful, because what I see here is the core of most women. Practicing calmness, solitude and patience, feeling peaceful, deeply connecting with ourselves and the universe. Re-setting and re-gaining energy to nurture the people around around us.
