I'm an ashtanga & vinyasa yoga teacher myself and I was wondering what the core/sculpt part of this way of teaching and practicing yoga means? We don't have it in The Netherlands where I live and I'm interested.. 🤗

So cool! Yoga Sculpt incorporates yoga elements throughout the class and also sculpt training and cardio aspects with weights. It’s fast paced and upbeat music.

is there a reason why theres a 60 year old man taking yoga with a bunch of 20 year old girls? honestly he should be kicked out , throws off the whole vibe and would make me and other chicks uncomfortable.. just weird like take a class with a bunch of men your own age and leave the young girls alone

Aw I don’t think this is fair at all. He was the sweetest man and we actually walked home from practice together a few times. He was just trying to learn more about yoga and better his practice since he’s been going for years now. No creepy vibes in any way!

@@EllaMcFadin I mean of course he’s gonna be nice to you all.. that’s what creeps do , it’s not appropriate for him to be in that class with young girls doing yoga stretches
