Well... The funniest way to get rid of foes is to transform them into an explosive barrel and throw them at the next enemy. So with a simple spell and throw you kill two foes in an instant
What? Netrunner, you can just walk in with infinite healt, regen, ram, damage, while invisible, and still never get detected because you oneshot everything before anyone can see you, without even trying to be stealthy. Oh and deflect bullets with katanas if they do decide to shoot you :P

The 3 sets of 2 combos he mentions are super useful early-mid. The unforgivable and tier 3 trait builds are mid-late. The transformation spell is also very fun when you upgrade it…….If you like turning the enemy into exploding barrels you can throw back
but you know you don't need a mod for that, mods block achievements. just enter the phrase to download the item ID in the command table, then search the Internet for the ID of the mod you are interested in and change it. it's not a powerful mod anyway, this weapon has another one that's on par with mirv laucher, it's a laser rifle with an explosive mod. I explain how to make this weapon, an ordinary laser rifle has low damage, so we need to complete the first mission at the Brotherhood of Steel, after completing it you will receive a laser rifle with higher statistics. then you need to improve it. you have to make this automatic weapon with a beam splitter, the rest of the modifications are optional, at the end we add an explosive mod. Reaching levels from 10 to 250 takes only a moment. Note: The weapon is not suitable for fighting in tight spaces because it is as deadly to the player as to the opponent.
Not bad. But, myself, I prefer Netrunning builds. I use roughly the same build without the cool. Body, tech, Int, and reflex. Air dash and net running feel like the magic system in this game and giving it up, I feel you lose a lot of what makes combat special in this game.
i just beat the Wight... i used immobilize as well as the Guangzhi power... hid behind rocks, blocked his path of the hadouken and stayed away from his ground tremors. took about 50 tries, but i got it done, and came here AFTER! jeez
Before 2.0 my overpowered (and broken as hell) build was simply ping + headsot through walls with a good sniper, i wasn't even trying to optimize it with any headshot percentage damage 😆
ya not existing no more and the launcher differs in so far that it matters more which launcher you play in comparison to before where the darts mattered most
Very cool. But if I'm just playing vanilla, then I wonder if Big Jim with VATS on the deathclaw in Concord would be effective... For the story, we'll say that the Sole Survivor woke up in the vault and remembered that really badass pipe wrench that they left at Walden Pond while exploring the sewers (as a lawyer/soldier with a kid at home does.)
this method only works in deluxe version. in standard, you are too weak to beat the wolf guy only by using magic. because the damage is too little you do and until the third time you have used the magic, the wolf is still at 50 percent health and you cant freeze him anymore.
Decided to do another playthrough. I love that Hoggies is single player because I can make my weak ass build and not feel bad about it. No sonic the hedgehog. No unforgivables beyond level 1. No transmorg...no changie spell. No potions except wiggin. Yeah, thank god HL isn't multiplayer. I'd be cooked.
The perk with enemies don't notice you with stealth kills. Charge jump legs and a sniper rifle with a silencer on a roof and you're shooting fish in a barrel.
The gorilla arms and the charge jump legs combo is also OP. Or Charge jump legs and a sniper rifle. The AI has a short distance of noticing people and many times I just jump up on a roof and take out an entire crew and the entire time they tryna find me lol.
