Ahoj, European Sleeper byl původně v plánu na květen, ale na tu inaugurační jízdu jeli skoro všichni velcí zahraniční vlakoví RU-vidři, takže bych to asi točil zbytečně.. takže to nejspíš nechám na podzim.. Canopus stále plánuji, jen ještě nevím kdy :-D

Yes, 2 coaches are capable of 200 km/h, 3 are capable of 160 km/h. Btw. I wrote the maximum speed for each car in the video, and in the second half of the video there is also a view of the on-board info display where you can see the current train speed of 160 km/h.

The ride quality of these originally Waggonbau Bautzen carriages is not very good at top speed, these carriages have bogiesis that have poor stabilization. In this train, the Bmz coaches, which have quality chassis, have much better ride characteristics.

The meal was tasty, it is a classic Czech dish, moreover, it is prepared according to the recipe of one of the best Czech chefs.

Most trains in the Czech Republic are clean (except for some suburban trains). Grafitti are also here, especially around big cities like Prague or Brno. That's why I prefer departures from stations outside of Prague and I also try not to show gratiffi too much (usually I already know where there are a lot of them) :-D

Je to tak, snad ta rekonstrukce proběhne. Původní plán byl 2024/2025, ta stanice by měla projít rekonstrukcí a měly by vzniknout další nástupiště.

@@PeteBrandy No hlavně aby tam taky něco jezdilo, letos na Stříbření jsme si radši objednali penzion abysme pak zase jemuseli jet 30 km taxíkem večer jako posledně. 😀

Díky! O nich vím, že teď po dobu výluky jezdí na Opavu jednotky 460, v létě mám v plánu jet do Opavy, tak snad je ještě stihnu. Jinak linku R27 jsem ještě nejel, vždy když mi to časově vychází tak je někde na trase výluka :-D

A to jsi to viděl jen jednou, když jsem video editoval, tak jsem měl skoro pořád hlad :-D Jinak u mě také oblíbená kombinace :-)

Nojo, už májí své roky :-D Myslím že se vyráběly na začátku 80. let ..

Také to moc nechápu, klidně by se tam mohl otočit ještě nějaký IC Jižní expres, co končí v Budějovicích, nebo klidně nějaká Vltava.

Děkuji :-) To jsem také řídil, že by to byla ideální jednotka pro Prahu a okolí, těch úprav by nebylo potřeba tolik, 4-vozové umí Stadler také a jediné co by bylo dobré je přemístit 1. třídu do 1. vozu.

Teď už bohužel Rakovnický rychlík nejezdí ani do Kralovic.

Hi, if you use České dráhy train (EN Slovakia), on the reservation (ticket) you should have the number of the car and the berth number listed. All cars are numbered (there is a sign or a sticker with the car number on the door in the window). The numbering of sleeping cars for the route Prague - Košice (- Michalovce) is in the interval 363 - 372 (sleeping cars 363 - 368, couchettes usually 369 and 371). Each sleeping car has its own sleeping car attendant who stands by the train upon boarding, so they can advise on finding the right car.

Yes, the two trailer cars were originally intended for identical class M 240 railcars, but these trailers were also used with other types of railcars or in loco hauled trains.

RegioPanter zatím jezdí jen jedna jednotka na lince S4 jen ve všední dny mimo špičku - většinou jezdila na vlacích Os 9622/9623, 9628/9629 a 9634/9635, ale třeba minulý týden nevyjela vůbec a tento týden jela na Os9628/9629 .. takže bych si to asi vysledoval v aplikaci mujvlak a nebo na sledovačkách. U RegioFoxů je nejlepší asi na trase Beroun - Rakovník, ale třídají se s RegioNovami a pak Beroun - Praha Smíchov

Mě se taky ta trať moc líbí, a souhlasím že je to jedna z nejhezčích tratí v ČR.

I used the term "more luxurious" from the official information from the carrier :-D Of course, the only difference is in the seat covers and, compared to the original "Bmx" coach, there are still spaces for bicycles. The original Amx (Aalm 5020) 1st class coach had nine 6-seat compartments.

Apart from selected long-distance routes, most trains in the Czech Republic (and also in other European countries) run as a public service obligation. Thanks to this, a regular connection interval (usually 1 - 2 hours) is kept on most routes. Some tourist trains are also included in this interval. In particular, this train runs almost empty from the origin station (which is the nearest large turnaround station with depot and sidings), but at the next stop (Křivoklát) there are always a lot of passengers boarding the train, because there is an important castle popular with tourists. Also Nižbor station. And then, from Beroun station is already quite full (of course it depends on the weather).

I’ve always said that all trains like transit should be funded and run as a public service.
