Just finished the Wall of Winnipeg and Me and it was so cute! Very minimal spice and some good world-building. It's a quick read too so you should be able to breeze through it.
I have so many feelings about Long Shot! I struggled to get through the book because it was so graphic, but I respect Kennedy Ryan's approach to such a difficult subject matter. It's hard because I don't know if it needed to be as descriptive as it was throughout the whole book. I get one or two scenes but for 200+ pages to be so dark it was overwhelming for me. I agree that this book has a message I a lot of younger women should read but I also think the way it's written detracts from my desire to recommend it to others.
Loving this look on you! This is your style 😍 matures you so much ♥️ love the glasses and red lip with straight hair so chic and this style of content is great too!
Ok once I sprayed sunscreen on my brothers back in a zigzag formation but I didn’t rub it in and his whole back was red except for the zigzag 😂😂😂😂😂 that’s when I learned we have to rub it in LOL
Long Shot was a 5⭐️ read for me too, difficult but so worthwhile. Imo I’d skip Block Shot in this series and read Hook Shot to hear Iris’ cousin’s story. But it is another difficult read.
For Cassandra Clare, I recommend starting with infernal devices. It is well loved and it’s what I started with. It’s an amazing series! Then you can go into The Last Hours.
I loved Long Shot; I’d rate it a 5⭐️s; I definitely see what you mean by it being hard to read; and trigging for those in that situation or past situation; but the message is definitely necessary. 🥰
The body keeps score is just a scientific book about how the body holds trauma, but in saying that it is very detailed, and the author was also either convicted or accused of sexually assaulting I believe his students
I’m definitely going to add Long Shot to my list next go round. Do you think you would read the second & third book in series to see more of the story? Or was it more of a one & done?
I started reading because of you and I’m loving Emily wildes encyclopedia of faeries! Whattt it’s so gooood! I have little ones so I’m not about to read as much as I want to but as soon as I get the chance I’m running to my book lol
Just started 17:19 reading recently after many years, I grew up with my mom who was a teacher and I love reading but with my parents divorce I kind of stopped reading now I feel like a child all excited to get to my next book! Any recommendations? I don’t know yet what genres I like, that is my goal. ❤️ love these videos!
Love this book content been watching you since you guys first started RU-vid with pranks! Question do you purchase the book on kindle and the hard copy? I have so many books on my list thanks to your reviews!! Much love 🥰
"what is the one thing you want in a book"... how they give you Icebreaker after what you chose??? LOL the way I laughed so hard girl, immediate redo!🤣
Can you create a short video or a long video of Christian books that you would recommend? Like fiction based or how you navigate what you expose yourself to? I appreciate your videos
