I know she can't pronounce rewind, have you tried other spellings? It keeps seeing the word "wind" as in "the wind blowing". Have you tried "rewynd" or "rewhined" or stuff like that? Also great job with the cover - really fun how you reinterpreted it soundwise.
Thank you!! Also, trust me, I've tried T_T Rewind, rewaind, rewhined, rewynd. Even edited the consonants/vowels manually. Closest I could get after making this cover was "Rewaind", and even still it sounds off T_T
@@OliviaMeower I get it. For some reason Natalie is a nightmare with "Toward" really dragging it out like "twarrrrrrrd"making her sound like a Jewish girl from Long Island! No matter what I do, even adjusting the phonemes and stuff I absolutely cannot get her to not drag out that "twar" sound. It was driving me nuts and then I just finally accepted it! This cover is really fun though - I've been listening again today and noticing other fun stuff - like the 60hz hum also lol. I didn't notice it yesterday! Anyway, I found this video because I don't have Eleanor and I've been thinking of picking her up and this video definitely convinced me. She has a great, playful sound to her voice. Again, great job both on the cover and the fun artwork as well. The knocked over Mikus are a nice touch.
How Eleanor Forte sings the song and the dead-eyed stare she gives is eerie and unsettling. The fact that Miku's face is ripped off and name is scribbled over, replaced with Eleanor Fortes adds more fuel to the theory that Eleanor coveted the title of #1. Vocaloid and murdered Miku to have it. The entire song gives off a sense of unease and that there’s a bigger more horrific picture.
I am absolutely in LOVE with how Eleanor Forte eerily sings the song. It gives me the impression that Eleanor Forte murdered Hatsune Miku to steal her title of #1 Vocaloid. At 2:03 - 2:12 when Eleanor Forte says “Hatsune Miku? Never heard of her. What is she, some kind of virus?” only adds to that theory. Especially love how the audio gets distorted and staticky from 3:17 - 3:37 The art that accompanies it is phenomenal! How Eleanor Forte stares dead-eyed at the camera is chilling. I especially like the fallen and beheaded Miku figurines in front of the TV (the fact that it’s a 50s style TV is the cherry on top). The entire video just gives me a sense of unease and mystery, like there’s a bigger, more horrific story lying underneath.

Found a fanart of the Buggles version album image and wanted to find a cover song on RU-vid which lead me to this channel. I do not remember the last time I felt this immersed in a cover song, hauntingly beautiful. Elanor Forte's appearance reminds me of a stoic melancholic version of Mu from The Caligula Effect Overdose. Please continue to nurture Elanor Forte's appearance & song.
The arrangement on this actually sounds pretty close to how Depeche Mode sounded _just_ after Vince Clarke left. Like this would slot in seamlessly on A Broken Frame.

This song really goes well with our current problem with ai, as the radio became available the newspaper slowly lost popularity, as well with radio with television and now the artist with ai.
well it more like social media has replace the m tv star. social media has killed the rock star. it really weird how some song get little plays and other get a ton. yet the difference between songs is little. yeh remember when rock was thing and bought cds. then came myspace and then rock hit a wall around 2005. then went off cliff in the 2010s. these who great promoting them selves on social media made it big but music was not that good like the mumble rapers. though do not think AI will replace artist. it just make harder for them to stand out.
This feels weirdly sad given how much of the internet is being swarmed with AI content, and even cool vocalsynths are being replaced by generative AI versions. IDK. Just a weirdly sad, melancholy thought.
