This is question, because I read that it is both Costa Blanca and Costa Azahar, some say Costa Branca only, and some Costa Azahar only. I will change to Costa Blanca, since it is more used term...
Malgrat de Mar is small town, you will explore it very quickly. What I like is position of Malgrat, you can walk on one side towards Santa Sussana (nice beach), Pineda de Mar and Calella along the beach (or take train) and on other, very close to Blanes, one train stop, where bus awaits on train station, that can take you to tossa de mar (3.25e), which I really like.
@@twonhendrix2240 Thank you. I think Blanes is good for family and you will have nice time. This video is recorded somewhere around 1st June, so this was not peak of season, I did not see actual peak of season in Blanes in regard to number of people, but I really liked Blanes and was suprised how nice it is. I saw Lloret and Tossa in season peak and it was crowded. Tossa is really nice, and there is direct bus from Blanes that take you there in like 45 mins, nice for day trip.
Thank you,, nice to hear that. Goal is to help people see how some destination look like in short form. More less what I search on youtube when I go somewhere.
After seeing the superb quality of your videos I don't understand why you have so few followers and subscribers...people must be sleeping on youtube...
It would be much much better if I had time to do it in proper apps etc, but it would take a lot more of my time, this is just recorded during vacations and I can not spend much time on this, since I have my work, so I just assemble it quicky, just to look ok at least... And for subs.. I am just glad if all this helped someone and if someone like you like it :) ...
Thank you for this, what a beautiful coastal area. Walking, hopping on and off a train along the coast to these lovely towns... looks like my sort of place to visit next in beautiful Spain.
I love this coastal area of Spain also, it is so accessible and calm, it has it charms during whole year, long and wide beaches, and walking paths between towns. Also from last train stop Blanes, there is bus waiting on train station to take you to Costa Blanca and Tossa de Mar (around 3e), which is a beautiful beach town not to miss. Thank you for watching and taking time to leave comment.
Weather should be nice, sunny and around 20C temperature. But you never know since it can vary. Even in January it was almost 20C few days and sunny. Rain can happen but low chance. Enjoy your trip..
i went to Pineda De Mar back in june last year stayed at Hotel Merce, super nice place not totally crowded with tourists. found it hard to find good food thoughh.
Thank you!! I really like this area, Salou/Cambrils, visited few times but never actually lived there. During off season it is for sure great, but during peak season tends to be at least for me, too crowdy.
We went last October and it was 27-31'C the entire time and was very quiet. It's end of season. However the week previous had been stormy so there were alot of mosquitos.
This October, we went to an area between Valencia and Barcelona, and the first two weeks were great, with nice weather for swimming and enjoying the sun. But really, nothing is guaranteed since it is the end of the season, and it can also be cloudy and rainy.
I went here on the 80s as a 8-9 yr old kid We stayed at the hotel Osiris and at night to a bar called papas bar. Went over to the beach and market in the days, typical simple English Spanish holiday, but I loved it as a kid.
@@travelsanctuary we used to go to a place called malgrat as well when was about 12, From memory’s it’s a neighbouring town. We rented bikes and rode over to Calella. Alongside a train line if I remember rightly.
You are correct. When we first visited that part of coast, we were located in hotel in Malgrat de Mar. Malgrat now has Fanicular that takes you on top of small hill overlooking town, there is Parc de Castell. Then we used to go by train to see other small towns along the coast. Very cheap train, for like few euros. Next to Malgrat there is Santa Sussana, then next to it Pineda de Mar (we liked that one) and then Calella (also very nice). You can basicaly walk all the way along the sea, from Calella to Malgrat. It would be very interesting for you to revisit, since you have those memories...
@@travelsanctuary we have been to Spain as an adult /family almost every year for the last 10 yrs or so, we now go to to Murcia as my family has a place there, but I’ve always missed Callela and malgrat
Amazing that "you" have place to stay in Spain, I hope one day I will also have one. We are going next month in area around Valencia on holiday, to check it out and relax from work. We were in Alicante area, but never visited Murcia and we also like to visit Spain almost every year for the past 10 years. :)
Это видео было записано в апреле или мае. Мы записываем, как мы путешествуем, потому что, отправляясь в отпуск, мы записываем места, чтобы другие могли увидеть, как они выглядят, и им было легче решить, хотят ли они приехать и навестить вас. Video is recorded April/May. We record video when we go on vacation, to show other people how it looks like so they can decide whether to visit.
Нам очень нравится эта береговая линия, и с ней так хорошо связан поезд, идущий вдоль моря. По пути между Барселоной и Бланесом много хороших маленьких городков, подобных этому. We really like that coast line and it is so well connected by train, that goes along sea. A lot of nice small towns like this one along the way, between Barcelona and Blanes.
