Those who prefer American English do so out of compliance with the changing norm. Those who prefer British English do so out of respect for England as it is the birth place of the English language. I reckon the second ideology offers a better principle to live by.
But even British people do not really use it. Except BBC and teachers or actors, most people tend to speak in regional variants. RP accent is some kind of artificial speech than a real accent and isn't even close to the sound of orginal English which was more rthotic. Irish and American variants are closer.

As pessoas de fora tem que parar de generalizar o Brasil por uma dança, roupa ou beleza, o Brasil é uma diversidade e sim, é diferente da Coreia mas não significa que temos vergonha da anitta ou que todos somos assim,muitos gostam e outros não e tbm hoje em dia lutamos para que nós mulheres consigamos ser quem quisermos e nós sentirmos livres e não esteriótipem o Brasil por causa de uma dança

Koreans should understand the International English is not only based on Standard American English but also Standard British English. It's good that Koreans are becoming more accepting of British English and that should be so. The UN, NATO and many other international organisations uses written British English not written American English. Nothing wrong with American English but its not the only correct form of English.
Both forms are correct. Many people have to understand it and start to accepting the American English which is more common nowadays in medias, business and practically most people are adopting it.

O brasileiro não possui identidade justamente porque existem inúmeras etnias. Qualquer um que fale fluentemente o português falado no Brasil se passa por um brasileiro tranquilamente.
