How many people can afford to pay cash? 11.5% interest make sense. You have to take into account "time value of money" concept. Basically, 10 million received today is worth more than 20 million received in 15 years from now.
This mortgage is for any Ghanaian and for those of Ghanaian descent so you may have parents or grandparents that are Ghanaian. It is also available to those that are married to Ghanaians. The mortgage is also offered to expats that have lived in Ghana for 5+ years

Try to read and understand first , I am a Ghanaian living in New York , we do have credit score system , on the other hand some of my friends in Japan or Korea do not have a credit score system , that’s what am talking about Mr John
All Ghanaians anywhere can utilize this mortgage. Of course it is easier to assess the credit worthiness of individuals in countries with a credit score system.
