People are amazing. Nature is beautiful. Cultures are wonderful. What better way to experience all of this and more than to travel? My fascination of seeing the world since I was a child started as a dream. Wanting more than a dream, I believed in the possibility. I have been achieving this dream for years, now I will document my memories. Life is a journey, not a destination. The joy is in the adventure, whether on land, in the water or air. I upload weekly videos to RU-vid every Monday. The videos are to inspire you to believe, dream, explore, achieve and more. My hope is to help you achieve your dreams.
Thanks. 🙂 I also hope it is shared. 🙏 Traveling is a way to see cultures and more. I once was desensitized but for two reasons - 1) hearing it with bias and 2) seeing the current affair with no follow up. I honestly could not fathom 1 million acres being burned, but worse than that is FORGETTING the RCOVERY afterwards. Notre Dame can be remodeled, but it is not the same... Replacements to the Twin Towers can be constructed, but it is not the same...
I did not speed up the camera. I slowed it down once or twice and was happy I did because I saw I got more of the chase than I thought. It truly was a blink and miss opportunity in one case. The one with the tiger heading for us was easier to see until the deer crossed its path. Thanks for commenting. I may make a video with the two chases in slow motion so it can be enjoyed a little more.
Such a thrilling video to see how amazing wildlife is when tigers behave in their natural habitat, just like humans do. I completely support the idea in this video, which is that tigers in their natural habitats have more space and freedom to roam. In contrast, tigers in captivity will experience stress and frustration due to the limited space and lack of freedom. If anyone has the opportunity to conduct research on this topic, don't hesitate.👌😻
Thanks. It is thrilling to see. It is amazing to hear peoples opinions about wildlife and zoos, or poachers and such. I took for granted many things in the past that I now see differently.
They are not. It seems animals are like us - curious, but not annoyed unless we bother them. I think they are not annoyed also because they are free to roam. Tigers in captivity have less room to roam.
In my opinion, the monkeys don’t have a scowl face. Indian people named them based on the name of the God Hanuman. I could imagine that their face refer to the face of the God Hanuman. Their face are representing the pain and the sadness of the God while he was trying to save his wife from the fire. It’s a beautiful and poetic video. Thank you to share your experience with us.
Great! My next will be like the wild and domestic elephants i.e. somewhat controversial. I plan to highlight species extinction. India's Tiger Project is doing wonders and I think the world should know. Thanks for watching and commenting.
Thanks. I will be creating another video or two that further shows the predator-prey dynamics as well as showing a symbiotic relationship. Thanks for watching and commenting.
It was interesting. It was my first interaction between a tiger and other wildlife. The guides know by the sounds, but I did not fully appreciate it until this scene. I did not think I would see another sighting to top this, but I did. That is a future video!
It would be better and safer for the elephant to not have chains. There are tigers there. I think they do attack elephants. Elephants are herd animals where is the other elephants?
First and foremost, thanks for sharing your opinion. I agree it would be safer for the elephants without chains. I can't say for better because the their may be no elephants to help the injured animals. I wonder about the tigers attacking the elephants when chained. As for herd animals, this is an unknown because a herd may be the size of the family. The elephants recently migrated to Bandhavgarh and probably Kanha, but I do not think it was a large herd. I am thinking if these elephants were transported to Kanha it was as a family. It seems the elephants have a male, female and baby that were used in searching for the tiger and then let out of pen to feed in the open fields. Your questions are good. I wish I had answers. I am curious. Second, from my point of view I would like to further acknowledge your comments as positive. They asked questions which is good and we should know before passing judgement. Your comment about safety is definitely true. The way the elephants walked with the chains can be bad for their health even if it makes them stronger. I hope this goes to @WWF and @nathab provides some responses.
Thanks. It is one of many perspectives. I see good and bad in the practice, and think we need to focus on both perspectives. I would not have posted this video if I thought it only bad because I was happy seeing the elephants and mahout searching for the injured tiger to help, but truly it was sad seeing them in chains.
In life we are often presented with choices that have two sides of a situation with no right or wrong solution. Scenes of this video were difficult to witness, so I chose to present in a positive manner. I will present another video on Barasingha showing how Kanha National Park again is helping with the betterment of the world.
I enjoyed watching it and gained more information about kangaroos and wallabies. It was my first time hearing about them. I wish I could see a kangaroo in real life!😻
A wish is the beginning of a dream that we can achieve. I believe you will see a kangaroo in real life one day. It was interesting. While we could feed the kangaroos, seeing a joey in the pouch of a wallaby was exciting also.
Obrigado. Gostaei as wallabies mais dos cangurus por causa das suas pernas não eram tão ossudas. No entanto, gostei de ver os cangurus andando e pulando.
Thanks. I have learned that seeing the wildlife is amazing but learning and understanding them afterwards is so much more rewarding. I did not know I got a shot of the TWO opposable thumbs...
Great video, thank you for sharing the beauty of the Arctic that most of us will never see otherwise. Always wanted to go to northern Norway and Svalbard.💖
Hi, I'm from Trusted Media Brands, an LA-based media company. We would like to work with one of your videos. Please reply for more information. Thanks!
It was another amazing year. While no one can guarantee what you will see, for those who travel with Waterproof, I believe you will have a fantastic time. Some saw humpback whales under water. One important point I want to say is the pictures are good and keepsakes, but nothing beats the experience that can't be captured in video and pictures.
A fine reserve and ecosystem and a memorable and varied safari experience . Ive visited twice and both camps/ lodges were excellent and professional. Glad to see you saw elephant after problems some years ago with ivory poaching. I would recommend the reserve for a first time safari visitor. Simon Artley Manchester UK
It is a nice reserve. I went to another reserve and saw the affects of ivory poaching. It is definitely a problem. I liked the elephants and giraffes the most. I wish I had a better lens for the trip. How was the video for you? I know it is not the same as your visit, but did it bring back memories?
You will be so happy if you see one in its element. I would try a snorkeling trip if you can. I saw them in Alaska and seeing one breach was wonderful, but I did not hear their calls or see them as close and magnificent. Good luck with your dream!
I would love to visit Svalbard and photograph the wildlife there. However unfortunately i dont have a giant zoom lens. I have a Lumix DC-FZ82. Will I be able to use this camera? Will the wildlife be close enough? Or will you be viewing them from too far?
Good question. First, you my be able to rent a lens for the trip. Second, some bears come very close such that a cellphone can capture polar bears. Third, no matter how big of a lens you have the polar bears may be too far to see. It was my first trip and those that traveled with me traveled many other times and were able to find bears that I never saw. Personally, I prefer a photography trip over just spotting bears. Some wildlife like birds, walruses and seals will be close. Some bears came up to the ship. You may not get the photos you want, but it is a trip worth taking.
The cubs are incredible 🙂 I recently made a video about orcas whose babies are just as cute. I will be making another video soon with koalas. God created many perfect and amazing animals and humans. Thanks for watching and commenting.
Undoubtedly you are right! There are a lot of amazing different animals and all their babies are cute! But I have a soft spot for polar bears, I really love them! ❤❤❤ Thank you for this video! 🙏🙏🙏
@@samsam-qz1rg You are welcome. I too like the polar bears, but recently added koalas. I did not capture as many or as good of shots of koalas. I have another polar video posted you may like if you have not seen it. Thanks for your comments. 🙂
It depends on if it is male or female and if it is a juvenile or adult. Adult males range 300-800 kg (660-1,760 lb) which also has to deal with food consumption. Your question is a good question. Thanks for watching and asking a question.
@@susanengel-ix8bl I thought it interesting more than funny but I can see where it is funny. Truthfully, I appreciate this comment because it means someone was interested!
It depends on many things. I recommend contacting @Waterproof-expeditions to ask. They offer their special trips of which their are a few and they offer tours on other ships. Personally, I prefer photo tours compared to just viewing, which also makes a difference. There are times when viewing is sufficient for me, but wildlife is so unpredictable, which is why I like photo tours. I created an Orca video also, which I did with @Waterproof-expeditions and another reason I like and recommend them. A question I would ask any photo tour group is about their space for photography. Waterproof has at least two different ships. I was on Virgo for the Orca trip. The photo area on ship did not impress me as much as the Explorer space. The Orca trip was not a photo trip and if it is used for this you may be on zodiacs even for polar bears. I can talk to you about my experiences and thoughts, but the organization you travel with is one you want to talk with and Waterproof excelled in open communication. One more thing - the hardest part for answering your question is knowing what you want, meaning for polar bears $1000 or 1000 euros more may be worth more to you than the savings which is not the case for Orcas. Feel free to ask me other questions. Thanks for watching.
Thanks for sharing these breathtaking moments with us...I feel like I was there on the boat or sometimes as a sailor, diving in the sea... everything is beautiful 😍
