Cool vid. Great for trivia buffs like me. Thanx! I wonder who composed the music? I know that the score used in the American-made sequences of "Queen of Blood" consisted of recycled snippets of recordings of scores composed by Ronald Stein lifted from various 50s AIP productions. I love Stein's eerily beautiful music, BTW. The music here is good, too. In some places, it has a Coplandesque ring to it. Thanks again!
Surreal science fiction cinema from the 1960s is simply wonderful...from Italy to America to the UK to all over the Soviet bloc, there was some ballsy sci-fi being made back then!
Phew! That was very WILD, my dear! Do i detect a OiO/Zappa influence here? Love the drone towards the end and electric background sound in the beginning that corresponds so well with the Tesla-Light. (The liner notes for Jeff Beck's "Shapes Of Things" say: "Play maximum volume for teatime while the vicar is visiting." Right On!)
Like gaining momentum from the gravity field of a giant planet, scratch it's orbital powers and accelerate with a festive heart, no sweeter pleasure for a wandering astronaut. Rodolfo, this is DAMN fine guitar playing, and very appealing harmonies.
