The guy is a prick. Watched me one time rep 260 deadlift then approached me on my last set to tell me I was doing wrong and gave me shit advice which resulted in an injury. Obviously the pin cushion didn’t like the fact an 80kg natural man was lifting as heavy.
I was crippling today and i knew i couldn’t physically manage to get out n do shit mate i rode it out and went over a lot of wee routines i have in my head n did the breath work and came back to nearly normal and then was able to sleep another 20 mins and when i woken again i felt pretty normal crazy stuff my friend thank you for the comments and for reaching out privately today youre a legend 💚
Have you ever looked into DBT? I personally had 6 sessions and one of the things that I was taught and actually benefit the most from is a procedure called TIPP. T - Temperature Using water, air or ice to change your body temperature. I - Intense exercise Use an intense exercise to match your emotion whether that be a quick run, push ups or burpees. P - Paced breathing An example of this would be to inhale through your nose count to 2, hold the breath for 4 then release for 2 and repeat until you feel your body grounding. P - Progressive muscle relaxation This is when you focus on one muscle at a time, tensing it then letting it relax then repeat the process. This can be done literally everywhere. You can learn to use your feet so people don’t be conscious of what you are doing. Also brilliant that you talk about it. Most run from these conversations which is even worse.
T Rex there’s always going to be people who do these things brother and it says a lot about them id bet good money that they are suffering in silence but remember that those people are hurting so we need to try our best to help them and hopefully they will come round sooner rather than later ♥️
Loving the vids!! Looking forward to seeing more from you! A little tip, go and search for SMZeus . c o m!!! Ever since I started using it on my main channel my videos are ranking much better!
This was brilliant so honest and easily to relate to. The point Peter made on fighters expecting to get hit can be likened to everyday life. We are going to get hurt face problems as it's not all plain sailing it's a struggle. Ciarans words on his thoughts while on the mat is worth exploring. That is the focus of your life at that moment is the struggle of the fight and you must be with it and and in it to get through.. that uncomfortable position be it in a fight or in life needs to be worked through.. to survive. Food for thought. Well done lads look forward to more on this. 🙏
Brilliant talking publically about your mental struggles is a courageous thing to do and this is an honest voice with an honest story that reaches out to many of us as we identify with it.I look forward to following this young man on his journey and mine. Thanks for sharing this with us Ciaran.❤
Good video, you've always been sound and very approachable to me in the gym and you and Tony always being friendly helped me get over a lot of the initial anxiety I had when joining so it's nice to see you talk about this stuff.
