Just majestic and creative, love the staircase, the rooftop and the natural lighting. Did not see much of bedrooms, bathroom, storage, carport and pool area, too short viewing of kitchen and dining areas which looks stunning but details were very short. Suggestions, Personally I would prefer more viewing and less interviewing and the video quality could be sharper. I intend to follow Ms Powder great work, past and future, she has a very modern and futuristic style...luv dat

The journey from transitioning from a server to a General Manager can be long challenging,still has alot of fight down in regards to that,as the foreigner normally tends to get the job and higher salary.
Its ok to be alone in your own company,do you and be unbothered.These last 7 yrs was a major readjustment spending time with myself and not being in the limelight all the time and from being and employee to being self employed.
Continue the great job you're doing hun. Burn out is real so I totally understand that. Listen to your body and pace yourself. You would know when its the right time to put out material.

Great points cuzzo. I feel it needed to be said. Too, management needs to review staff behaviors and actions and decipher if additional training is needed or that the role is not for that person because some people take jobs just to "hold on" or for the money with no drive of the job. Adequate training and re-analyzing the situation in an ongoing basis is oftentimes needed. This can make all the difference in the world like night and day. Keep up the good work cuz.
Allena you covered a lot of the reasons that have contributed to bad service in the Caribbean. The two most contributing factors I feel are lack of preliminary screening and training of staff and the "hustle" mentality of being in the service industry and not taking it seriously as a career. Keep up the good work! Can you in the next video spend a few minutes talking about the full range of services that you offer?
