Hey my lovely RU-vid family, it's been a while since I've posted a video, but I'm back and I hope you all missed me like I have missed you.
I'm really elated about this video because I have a special guest with me (my former Lecturer from Hotel School), Mr. Selwyn Wickham.
He will be sharing a couple of his mouthwatering recepies with us, and give us some insight about his transcendent career as a Chef.

I love your video Allena...it has a bit of comedy and that makes it interesting to watch. I like the vibes......That dish sure looks delicious......I am the same young lady who came to your office and we chatted on a matter and I had loved the stockings sucks you had on and you went online to show me them and how to order them. I am a new RU-vidr. I just started my own RU-vid Channel. I started following you on RU-vid since last year when I met you. I was suppose to check you back but circumstances changed so I didn't. My lighting is a bit dark in a few of it but I'm working on it and trying to use my phone to put a thumbsnail on the rest of them to make it look more attractive. My Channel is just my name Karen Wynters. So check it out. Appreciate it. I hope to post another video soon.
