Hi Andres, I happen to watch this video today, even though it’s a year old, I found it very instructive. My parents are also from Colombia, but I grew up Jersey. I’ve been to Medellin plenty of times in the last 10 years but now I’m ready to buy property there. My question is how do you move 200 thousand dollars to Medellin, I just sold a property here and definitely wanna purchase something there, how do you move the money?
@@AlexOrtiz-pv6uc right on man 🙏🏽 if you have a bank account in Colombia you can just do a wire. Additionally there’s a company called Alianza. Shoot me an email if you need an agent that can help you get your funds in Colombia to successfully transact.
Looks well maintained overall but a bit dated with continuity issues in design. I would definitely have an experienced building contractor give it quite an extra thorough proctology exam so there wouldn't be any surprises after purchase.
I agreed learning cost money or time and most of the time both 😊 Andy thank you for replying, sharing and time you put in to your channel . Very much appreciated .
Also a suggestion, please pan your video slower. I couldn't watch your video because I started to feel the effects of being dizzy. It may look ok to you cuz you're the one walking through but your video needs to be panned slower in order to be enjoyed by all. I watched many realtor videos and it's a turn off when the video is presented like that.
Older than probably anyone on here. Born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area. Lived in San Francisco for 20 years. I have never, ever heard the neighborhood called "Pac Heights " by the locals. Pacific Heights! Oh well, I must be getting old. This is some young people's stuff. 😆
Not as fun for the hate watchers wanting to present the city as being somehow more crime ridden than every other city and full of liberal failure. However very informative!
you couldnt give me the house for free and pay me 1 million a year and i still would turn it down. san francisco is a sess pool of druggies thieves and and smells like a toilet that should have been cleaned a long time ago
Two unit TIC buildings are generally eligible for fast track condo conversion. 3-4 unit buildings have to go through a lottery system to condo convert. A number of requirements must be met such as no prior eviction history registered with the rent board among other criteria.
Its a nice unit (listing from 2022), but its a major feces show once you leave the building. No parking and all the local shops are closing - no thanks!
SF is not expensive, it is priced exactly right to balance supply and demand. People buy houses or rent in SF because they CAN afford it, not because they can't!
I agree with everything you just said. I’m also aware of the purchasing power of the same dollar in different States and abroad. When we look at it like that it’s an expensive city in relation to what could be acquired for the same money in a place with equal or greater quality of life.
