We love living at Mason in the heart of Potrero Hill. Our two bedroom two bathroom apartment has a balcony with peek-a-boo downtown views and luxury finishes. There are so many floor plans to choose from, starting with studios all the way up to three bedroom townhomes!
The amenities are worth the price, and include an amazing fitness center, various working spaces, concierge, parking garage (extra $), rooftops with views, BBQ, recreation/game rooms, and beautifully landscaped outdoor areas. The staff regularly hosts social events for residents (about twice a month) which range from donut pop-ups to pancake and champagne breakfasts.
The most common complaint in this wood-framed building is noise transfer-and we’re pretty noise sensitive to footsteps, too. That’s why we avoid this issue by renting a top floor apartment. If you’d rather not hear your neighbors’ feet, look for top floor units only.
