Siphon Brewer my Favourite. VACCUM is when the water from the lower chamber goes up to the upper chamber until it boil then add the 15 grams of medium fine grind. Every 30 seconds agitate for 10 seconds (do this 3 times) At 2 minutes remove the burner. Wait for the brewed coffee to drop to the lower chamber the last drop you will see bubbles at the bottom that is called TURBULENCE.
