Hello, I'm Professor Polvo of Axé Capoeira. I've spent the last 17 years training and competing around the world with some of the worlds best Capoeiristas. One thing I consistently see everywhere is classes that are far to complex for beginner students who often get over looked, lose interest, and leave frustrated. While on covid 19 lockdown I've decided to create a tutorial series that stays focused on the fundamentals of Capoeira and how to begin combining beginner movements to condition and prepare for proper classroom training and Rodas. So if you're just starting out, or want to sharpen your fundamentals, or are someone with no prior Capoeira knowledge who just wants a fresh workout, this channel will be perfect for you. The tutorials will be primarily targeted to beginner and completely novice Capoeiristas, and will contained detailed descriptions and demonstrations of Capoeira basics that can be learned and mastered right in your own living room. I hope you enjoy.
