Beginner Capoeira - Lesson 1

In this video I build a 4 move sequence ideal for the novice or beginner Capoeirista or someone looking for a Capoeira style workout. Don't forget the key to improvement is repetition so as you learn each move and transition it would be wise to pause and repeat each section at least 10-20 times each, then working all 4 movements in sequence till you feel completely confident.

I started with taekwondo so i can do the kicks really easily i haven't tried step 3 yet but ive gotten this down pretty fast hell yeah i did it all in a little less than 2 hours

Consistency and precision are key. Older or bigger capoeiristas should try to be very precise with their movements to avoid injury and train consistently to gain confidence
