I love love love your videos! I’ve made several of your recipes! Your pie de elote is out of this world! I was pleasantly surprised to encounter your English Channel. BTW in the US , dry Manchego is Monterrey Jack cheese.

Excellent. I added some torched poblano with the skin removed and roasted the tomatillos instead of boiling, and served it on rice. Really easy and a nice departure from the carnitas I usually make!

Beautiful salad but I have recently cut out all oils. No more oils for me as I cannot lose weight. I will definitely use everything else though. Thank you for the recipe. I will use a vegan dressing with cashews instead of oils.

Olive oil is one of the best things for you. Coconut oil too. Don’t listen to mainstream medical people

Ok, that eye roll to the back of your head when you took a bite because it was so good has convinced me to make this! lol Baking powder or baking soda? I'm just making sure because I've only ever heard it made with baking soda ❤

Ah. The potatoes soak up the marinade which probably has fat, salt, vinegar and flavor enhancers as well as the herbs. So the flavor will soak and penetrate into those thin potato slices. That leaves the chicken to get a little dryer on the top, but probably allows it to still stay juicy on the inside. I wonder if you could get a crust on this from broiling it for like 1 minute after.
