You should differentiate between losing weight and getting a flat stomach. Eliminating carbohydrates and maintaining a calorie deficit addresses the first but not the second goal unless you want to get a flat stomach by losing weight to the bone. This is always possible, but it is aesthetically and health-wise trivial.

I never ever watched such a bad video on vitamin D. Do your research. Your recommendation on how much to take is a joke. In my country they recommend 1000 iu each day. Also a complete joke. You also didn’t mention the great importance of vitamin K2 and magnesium. Vitamin D toxicity is extremely rare. As I mentioned. What a bad video this is.
