I wish these people donated to the rest of hardworking Indians instead of spending it all on Coldplay concerts. Dont be so influenced by media that you forget to help other Indians and make India poor while coldplay enjoys our money. So many indians just spending money on White & Blacks. While they are racist towards us in America & Canada. They are stealing women from India by selling a lie of women equality even though women in west are unsafe. There are also taking away high personality Indian men and giving them ordinary jobs in states. They discriminate against us by having a white or a Black boss. Indians stay poor in India & america while others get rich. Dont give americans so much money & dont be a fool for fashion.

How to avoid black money being asked by builders ? Mainly if the value of property/land is X sellers want to write x/5 or x/10 on sale deed. I have always walked away from the deal, but reducing buyers money on sale deed is really bad for the buyer only good for the seller...

Sharan huge fan bro, the case will not be true if they stayed in IND rather they learn outside become SUNDAR or Sataya and come back to nation and build the same product here. That's how CHINA build like ONEPLUS etc. But I guess the work culture, comfort and resource in abroad are much better than IND.
