This absolutely fantastic. Great explanations regarding all the aspects within data governance and where and why they are applied to the many different process throughout business.
So you advise to use the exact same wording for skills as in the job description ("Vizualized data" for one job and "Data vizualization skills" for another). BUT then also to word it as to how exactly the candidate used those skills at their previous jobs. How on earth does one actually do that? It's non-sensical.
Hi Jen, This video was really clear and great Thank You!!!! I would like to start data analysis. I’m 50 and throughout my career I have been involved from Marketing to finance arenas. I have a background in analytical chemistry. In all my functions I have realised I enjoy looking at trends, data processing in order to improve processed and solving problems. However even though I enjoy it, I need to do a course, to be able to enter this portfolio in the market. Which online courses would you recommend. I’m in South Africa.
your video is pretty instructive but I really shout out a big, huge WTF outcry against that whole process... so if anybody working in HR is reading this, I want you to know how much of a nightmare you are turning people's lives into ! as much as I understand big companies are trying to save time on reading unsuitable resumes, just know that you're wasting ours times 100: entire days lost at tailoring resumes just to satisfy one employer's tantrums when we could have applied to 10 different equivalent jobs, haunted white nights when our brains just couldn't turn off out of anxiety hoping we could land this 'dream' job, weeks spent waiting in vain to get called for an interview - not even knowing when or if the position might finally be filled due to your over-restrictive confidentiality policies, hours lost googling your websites looking for pertaining information to fabricate some interest in your company - which is often times irrelevant for the vast majority of office jobs like Payroll where your only work operate the scenes anyway, or especially in any public institution where no sales are conducted or any business run ? seriously, I've been chasing every possible perfect match for a year with a strong experience baggage and most importantly a ton of expertise but barely get interviews because stupid robots carelessly eliminate me for no valid reason and dump me to EI ??? something has to change, and fast !!! or should I just go hang myself now and leave 4 kids orphans 🤬🤬🤬💣💣💣😭😭😭

I just finished taking the test last week. I got the certificate because there was a a new section opening up in my group dealing with analytics. I used the Syber Study guide and any online tools I could find. I passed but not by much. I would definitely recommend putting the money down and use the training the CompTia offers.
