ik ben zelf ook opzoek naar een tafel. hoe bevalt deze? nog op of aanmerkingen? maak me een beetje zorgen hoe diep de bak is. kan je er wel onder ben je benen ?
Voor je benen is het echt prima. Ik ben bijna 2 meter en ik heb nergens problemen met beenruimte. Ook als de bladen eronder hangen uiteraard! Mijn vrouw vindt de tafel juist te hoog. Waardoor ze het gevoel heeft dat ze haar ellebogen boven het normale niveau moet houden. De bak is uit mijn hoofd 8 of 10 cm diep. Iss vanguard kan uitgestald in de bak blijven. Maar ik moet niet de grote mini's rechtop zetten dat past natuurlijk niet. Zelf zou ik het soms handig vinden als je de box wat minder diep hebt. Dat kan met die hoekprofielen die je erbij kunt kopen. Ik heb alleen de standaard divider erbij zitten. De tafel zit in de olie. Ik heb een kleine dochter en die verslijt de olie als een gek met het smeren van eten op de tafel. Daarom heb ik er een zeil op gedaan. Maar in blankelak of andere lak was beter geweest! De tafel is wel echt waterdicht! De Megan had mijn eerste keus maar ik denk dat deze achteraf beter is doordat de bakjes en drankjeshouders binnen zitten en niet aan de rand. Ik ben benieuwd wat je uiteindelijk kiest!
@@1D6nl ahh, weet jij zo welke hoogte je hebt besteld. de 78 of 81cm hoog? die maat die ze geven is volgends mij zonder de top panelen. weet je hoe dik die zijn? ik ben zelf 198cm dus is best wel een aandachtspuntje. ik zit ook naar die van dragontables te kijken, die is een stukje minder diep wat mij juist een nadeel leek. en de accessoires gaan aan de buitenkant...
@@Eewokney Ik heb eventueel wat fotos voor je genomen. Bovenkant blad is 78/79cm onderkant van de bak is 66 cm. De zithoogte van mijn stoelen/bank zijn 48 cm. Stoelen met een armleuning kan je waarschijnlijk niet kwijt onder zo'n type tafel
@@1D6nl de bladen zijn dan dus 1 cm dik? op de site staat dan bovenkant van de armreling 78cm van de vloer is. 66cm is mooi dat is mijn huidige tafel ook en dat past goed. bedankt voor je antwoorden ! <3

Theme and gamplay seem fine... if this wasnt recycled over and over. Youre completely right: if you already own a zombicide, Marvel Zombies, DCeased, massive Darkness 1 or 2... even Chthulu DMD are exceptionally similar. They have a game formula and just reskin it.
I'm a bit late to the party here, but being a new AT player this combat run though was concise and to the point, making it easy to learn this portion of the game. Sure, he missed the Kratos tokens and First/Second Ability Window, but nobody's perfect. Good job 1D6. Videos like these don't coalesce out of the ether. Appreciate your efforts here. Thanks!
O wow, I thought this was a bigger channel at first until I saw the sub and view count. Nice video. Keep going with this. And I agree on the randomness of the game being off-putting to some. While I like randomness, I didn't quite click with evedell. Not that I wouldn't play it if asked, but I probably wouldn't choose it myself.
I just bought Darkest Dungeon wave 1 second hand on eBay for a reasonable price knowing full well wave 2 may never come. Hopefully Mythic will sell their license to another company because I certainly would never back any game by Mythic myself from what I've read and heard about them. The games sound good, but the company is unreliable and borderline scamming customers.
@@1D6nl what I meant is that when you evolve you can choose a die or a card. Those cards, look all the same. I do not see all this asimmetry that you speak of.

What do you mean the dm has to sit out and might lose interest? Unless everything else I have watched is wrong the person running the horde is actively trying to win, not just create an experience for the "heroes." There is no DM. Are you mixing up the Degenesis RPG with the Degenesis board game? Or did you completely not understand what you watched. This is the first video of yours I have come across, and based on you not knowing what hell you are talking about I am not likely to return to your channel. Your entire opinion seems to be based on your bias that most other 1vs all games function like a RPG. This does not, and its quite clear it does not. Nor do The Others: 7 Sins, or SMOG: Rise of Moloch. Two other CMON 1vs all titles.
Allow me to clarify a few things: 1D6 focuses on (in our opinion) the best board games on the market. We consider Degenesis Clan Wars to be one of them, but we do not hesitate to make comments and suggestions when we deem them appropriate. I admit that the term DM might cause some confusion. In the context of our video, DM refers to the villain who controls the horde. Whether you should play purely competitively as the villain or focus on having an enjoyable evening is a matter of opinion. It is, in any case, a fine line between the two, and some games are better at maintaining this balance than others. (Take Conan, for example, with its river system.) It's unfortunate that you won’t be returning to our channel. Nevertheless, thank you for your feedback. We are always open to feedback to help improve our videos.
I much prefer 1vsAll than play against an App, or even worst have to manage an AI like in STALKER or Zombicide for exemple. Besides that, what makes you mention Stalker as a better choice than Degenesis ?
That’s a matter of personal preference. In my opinion, a lot of the one vs. many games focus on creating an entertaining experience for 'the many,' preventing the DM from playing to the fullest of his/her capabilities. Degenesis does not seem to be any different: the villain player in Degenesis has a kind of horde approach, amassing weaker units to attack the party of heroes, while the heroes control fewer bodies but are better equipped to confront different situations. S.T.A.L.K.E.R. is also a tactical board game in an apocalyptical setting. This is a full coop campaign game. The AI needs some management, true…. But in return you’ll get a tactical challenging game ;-)
Yes I do, but the DM also plays a crucial role in ensuring an enjoyable gaming experience for the other players. Sometimes these factors can conflict with each other. Based on your interests, Degenesis seems like a good option to consider ;-)
Thanks for the review ! I was looking for a game to replace Star Wars Imperial Assaut. 1vsAll campaign with quite deep tactical depth, but also with streamlined rules and a more modern gameplay maybe. Do you think Degenesis fits ?
Well, I'm not sure I'd call it an open sandbox. It's quite linear since it's quest-based. I love the game, but it's not "open." It's limited by its quests.
I've been watching the game closely. I currently have "Mage Knight", and recently pledged for "Heroes of Might and Magic". With both games different in the way they play to Euthia it's still another explore this, kill that type of game, that i'm unsure i really need? I've watched about 5 hours of "Let's plays" and there's a few things that bother me: Combat... It seems very samey... and i found it quite boring by the time the "Let's play" had finished; might be different if one's playing rather than watching? "Gaar" tokens feel like a band aid too, i see why we have them, but i don't like them. Finally the new "Cruel Frost" expansion. From the little that i've watched, i do not like the new frost bite machinic at all, perhaps i need to watch more? But it just seemed boring, and was more of a headache that anything else. Unlikely that Mythic Games will ever make anything again after destroying their reputation by taking money from backers and then either demanding more or just not producing the game that they were paid for?
pretty much a fire and forget video. streamlining has solved most of the fiddly bits. you don't have to wait for others. the question however is - who is this for. 1) youngsters with friends who all are into the video game 2) solo? The game isn't optimized for you.
We contacted the developer/publisher. Release will be on the 11th of June. Certain channels have received a copy of the prototype. (Not us) We have an invitation to come and play which we will probably do in the comming weeks. So stay tuned!
I am highly skeptical of the listed playtime, especially after watching how combat worked. I've been told by someone who would know what they were talking about, that only 10% of the raised money is profit. 631, 322 euros isn't a lot of money if you look at it from that point.
I love tmb but my biggest criticism is that it can sometimes seem better to just increase the gearlock’s base stats rather than develop out their individual skill tree, which is where the real flavour is. But overall, a charming game with great puzzles.
Het is natuurlijk wel logisch dat je als Nederlander de kaart soms niet zo goed kan lezen of begrijpen.... Want sommige encounters zijn een parodie op andere spellen, films of gebeurtenissen... Dan leest je dat misschien of te letterlijk of is het begrijpend lezen net een leveltje to hoog... Too many bones is een geweldig spel, maar zoals bij (bijna) elk spel, kan je beter beginnen bij het basis spel... Unbreakable is een expansion die uiteraard ook los te spelen is, maar niet voor de instap too many bones speler..... Klein beetje feedback : Ik vind jullie filmpjes best ok,en leuk ik denk wel, dat het misschien beter is om gewoon in het Nederlands verder te gaan, niet boos of onaardig bedoeld, maar ik denk dat het veel beter tot z'n recht komt, en jullie meer abbonees en kijkers er mee zullen treffen... Hoop snel meer of meer filmpjes, maar dan wel in het Nederlands 😉
Bedankt voor je bericht! De grap is een beetje dat we een tijdje filmpjes in het Nederlands hebben gedaan. Daar keek geen hond naar😅. Wij zitten qua engels niet op het niveau Rutte maar ook zeker niet op het niveau Timmermans. Er is daar zeker ruimte voor verbetering! Onze abbos zijn in 2 jaar met bijna 500 gestegen in onze optiek door het internationaal te maken. Ook de kwaliteit van de montage kan beter maar soms is tijd ook een grote uitdaging... Over tmb ik heb mij volgens mij nog geen seconde gerealiseerd dat er parodieën in zitten.😆
Do u think if they slowed down they would of came up with the best rule sets already? They are the Apple of board games. Here a new one with the tiniest tweak and it's always over 100 bucks

The only thing that's stopping me from backing it ( I'm a big paul bonner fan and i do not own neither zombiecide or massive darkness) Is the fact that don't give clear indication if i have to pay taxes for the game (lives in Europe) and estimates for transport costs...
You can find out that info by putting the items into your cart, just don't check out because it's an immediate purchase (your card will be charged the moment you finalize the order)!
The title also implies that CMON is doing another Zombicide, but yes, we do think this is a good game 1D6 is an independent board game channel. We don't have the luxury of receiving (many) prototypes. We read the GF page, read the rulebook and viewed several videos. We also played Zombicide and Massive Darkness, so I do think we have some idea on The Dead Keep
@@1D6nlI understand that you have a good idea of the game, but implying that it's a success ("CMON does it again') before it's even out and before you have played it is like saying a movie is great because you saw the prequel and the trailers.
They did do it again. Reimplement Zombicide to a new theme. Seems all they do now is reimplement games, change few mechanics, theme etc and there’s a whole new game. People keep buying it. I don’t own any Zombicide because it does nothing for me, no interest whatsoever.
@@warpaint9385I finally got a Zombicide game (Zombicide Dark Side) and it's rather disappointing. Not sure what the hype is about. The mechanics are very simplistic, The components are minimal, and the minis are "meh."
@@1D6nl When I read "CMON does it again," I understood you to mean that this game is another wonderful game. A successful game. Like you had played it and found it to be a good game. The phrasing, to my American ears, does not sounds like, "CMON created another game in the Zombicide line, and we want to talk about it." I clicked to watch because I wanted to hear your thoughts about the game, after having played it. I wanted to hear you talking about a game you played. Instead, this is more of a fan-reaction to the publicly available info other creators have put out for the game, along with what is found on gamefound. That said, I appreciate your opinion about what we have seen.
I like the general project of this kickstarter. Yet I have no clue why the box is so big. The lower tray of the insert has so much room, that it could have easily been reduced to make space for the story book of adventures. The thing that bothered me is the missing mini in the mini tray. That was apparently a paid add on, but leaves the feeling that I have an incomplete game. So good game, but not the most deluxe feeling I was hoping for.
You have some valid points. At first, I thought I'd lost the mini during the unboxing video...! Robinson Crusoe is a great game, but I think Portal Games missed the opportunity to create a REAL collector's edition here
Instead of selling, I brought all my excess board games to my friend groups. My games have good homes and I can still play them depending on who's hosting a board game night!
I like the player boards and the book, and I can see (and assume there are several) tweaks, like making the blue-backed cards stand out. But, I am not sold on there being a need for minis, and your main board, rulebook and wooden resource tokens look identical to what I have in the old brown version with an upgrade pack. I was sad I missed this campaign, but now that I see what is in the box, I'm happy with my flgs pre-order of the scenario book. I'll also keep an eye out for the player boards, but I imagine those were probably exclusive. Thanks for the video! Edit to add: I just saw the mat in another video, and it looks pretty nice. There is definitely lots of extra little things in the box (I skipped through the other vid), but given I already have the game, I'm still not sure €125 (which is $250+ CAD in my part of the world) for some extra bits, layered boards and a play mat (which you don't seem to have) is worth it. Now, if I were buying into the game from scratch...maybe...
@Deltium5683, we appreciate your frequent reactions to our videos, but regarding Robinson Crusoe, we're not on the same page. When we exclude the Book of Secrets, there have been no significant improvements made to enhance the gameplay. The miniatures look nice, but playing with them is a nuisance compared to the wooden discs. Additionally, it's a missed opportunity that the gameboard hasn't been upgraded since the last version... Robinson Crusoe is a classic. We only wished Portal Games cherished the game a little more by offering it a proper upgrade.
The play mat and the minifigures together with the Book of Adventure are the best with this Gamefound box. Some will still prefer the old wooden token instead of the minis, but I like them. Feels more like people already from the start, had decided that they don't like them. Only the camp model that's is a little miss. I don't think a lot of people really gonna use them.
@@1D6nl And lets not talk about the mistake (missing simbol) on the playmat. This was a big let down and like many others, i will not support this company anymore. Oh btw, yes, the minis are not good for gameplay. One of the first things i did was to take the minitray out of the box to put all the other things. Ould be nice to have organization images from Portal games... but i guess they are to busy.

Thanks 👍. It is always a challenge to properly review a campaign when it's live on KS. (The pressure is real 😅) . I think we nailed it with this video. There is a lot going on in FLOE, but it seems to be a great hybrid Euro/exploration/character-building game
Would you say there is a lot more detail on the bigger minis? Oh also are the big collectible minis that come per faction the same ones that come in the bigger game?
How does it compare to last light? How long does it really take to play this game? Are the miniatures detailed enough to paint? Oh and are the bigger ones able to be painted and played with on the board with 4-5 people?
I don't know if you can compare it to last light, havent played it. How long is allways the question, that depends on a lot of factors, first time players; the interval of playing; the type of players and more. From what ive seen, the mini's don't have that much details, but I can only talk from the screens we have seen. I do belive that if you went for the big mini's the board also got a little bit of an upgrade to make it all fit.
