Besan 200gm Water 3/4 cup - 170ml Sugar 4 tbsp Nimu ke ful 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Haldi 1/2 tsp Mix well Add besan 5 min beat Ribbon consistency 5 min rest Greese plate Heat water yo steam Add mungfalli oil - 2 tbsp Mix for 5 min Baking soda 1 tbsp Add water on it Mix well Pour in greese plate Boil for 25 to 30 min After cook rest for 5 min Tadka Water Water room temp - 120ml Add on dhokla Peanut oil 4 tbsp Mustard seeds 1/2 tbsp Green chilli 4 pcs Curry leaves 15 pcs Water 1/2 cup Sugar 2tbsp
