It would be helpful to make these videos specific to the Windows version. I'm not sure what version this is, but it doesn't match Windows 11, so difficult to follow.
How do i disable blue tooth on this, my printer is emitting RF radiation (causing interference etc) all the time it is powered on, so I would like to switch off the bluetooth part.
You may not see this but I have recently purchased a jade's jd-168bt second hand and I can not get it to show up on my phone through the jadens app. It just says device not found when I search it. Any ideas?
For anyone having my issue, when changing the port, mine only went up to COM4 but my outgoing port is COM5. I clicked Add port, chose local port, typed COM5, and hit Apply. Worked!
I print a label, but have to switch the printer on and off for it to be discovered again for every label on Android. Is there a way round this? It doesn't happen when printing from Windows.
How can I connect with your D110 product? I understand that it operates as a printer, but how is the length of the printing tape specified? Does a UI appear during printing?
Hello, I had a successfully setup on another labtop which wont start now, so I am installing it to another device and getting error, printer not found , what am I doing wrong?
Thank you for this video. I was trying to set up Bluetooth without having the USB cable connected! My printer now prints fine from Windows 10. I highly recommend this printer.
No app finds my printer- I’ve tried 15 different apps including the jadens app, shipping label, shipping label pro- all the ones that are SUPPOSED to work, and even ones that aren’t ever mentioned. Customer service has not been able to help me. Tried them through phone, email, WhatsApp. It’s not worth it anymore. Am forced to return
Sorry is it like a game to see how fast you can go? Slower would help me with the instruction to view what you're doing. Plan on purchasing this for just plain text labels.
