set up the driver on windows,jadens shipping label printer 

is using bluetooth another option to get it working , getting frustrated spending so much time to figure this out

Hello, I had a successfully setup on another labtop which wont start now, so I am installing it to another device and getting error, printer not found , what am I doing wrong?

as soon as I click get usb it is saying printer not found and I can not move from that screen
