Waste of time and effort. Dude needs to make drastic changes to his diet (keto worked for me) and lose a ton of weight before he tries to exercise much. He just needs to walk a bit every day and take care of his personal hygiene, that's enough physical effort for a guy his size. Once he loses 300 pounds he can hit the gym if he wants.
His transformation from within is beautiful. He has a very expressive face, and his sorrow in the first picture is heartbreaking. After his work begins and we see him smile as he hugs a gym mate he is truly handsome radiating that joy.
