My name’s Jade-Marie and when I was 16, I had my beautiful daughter Dawn-louise, who was born with only half a heart, Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome (HLHS), she has had 4 open heart surgeries and 7 cardiac catheters but will never be cured, our channel is here to provide hope to fellow heart families, and share awareness of this little known condition, as well as beautiful family moments and memories we will hold dear.

I really was surprised when she said that 😂 Haha yeah that’s one of our favourite memories, she had asked me what hair colour I was, and then asked what she was, she didn’t like that we didn’t match😂 Hahahah yes! I dunno it’s one of those lil simple moments in life I just wanted to capture, and also, remind everyone to use sun screen ;) Honestly they’re terrible! Dawn-louise wanted to take some photos together and it looked like i’d been sobbing for hours hahaha Thank you!

I am finally commenting finally and this is indeed very heartwarming and very wonderful wonderful and very beautiful and very adorable and this brings back such great memories of when I use to be a 90s kid and an early 2000s kid as well:).
Lovely Vlog Jade - Marie. Dawn - Louise was certainly in her element. The young animals are so cute, particularly the little piglets. Dawn - Louise is a natural with the animals. You picked the right time as you saw the birth of a lamb. What a lovely place to go, dog friendly too. Loved the bumpy tractor ride , hope you didn’t have lunch before 😂 Looked like a lovely day out

How long was that drive..it looked ages!! I am dreading going to Center Parcs now after seeing this as I am in the fir area. That is a mega long walk back after dropping the car back in the car park 😪
Yes honestly we REALLY struggled, especially since my daughter has only half a heart, so we couldn’t rush her, I do think they should have the bike return later then check out maybe. It was a very long, very hilly walk, and neither of us had the ability to bike up the big hills. I’d personally not choose this area again x

Put them all my suitcase 😂 She is such a greatful child, never takes anything for granted bless her ❤ It’s a shame we can’t film much there as the event makes such a difference to kids like Dawn-louise, the happiness she had throughout the day spoke volumes! LHM is an amazing charity! We hope to do more to help them in future, Bobbie did an abseil for them during covid times. She was definitley feeling spoilt haha Yes she definitley had strong opinions on each one 😂 after being warned the day could end in an ambulance, I’m so thankful she got to enjoy fulfilling her wish She definitley did! Already got the big birthday bash 2025 booked 🎉😂
A Very Happy 32nd Birthday Bobbie for 22 March. Looks like you had some lovely presents, jacket looks great by the way 😀. I had to watch this vlog twice as Jade - Marie there was so much information regarding Dawn - Louise’s condition and you explain it so very well. The day to day choices you have to make are unquestionably difficult and as you said must be so exhausting. You strive in every way to give Dawn - Louise the best quality of life you can and you should be commended for that. What other people say or even think really doesn’t matter because you know, every decision you make is for Dawn - Louise to experience life, in the best, happiest way, possible, given her condition and you are certainly doing that. Your strength is amazing Jade - Marie in what is a heartbreaking situation but every step of the way you approach it with such courage and realistic honesty. Dawn - Louise shows such a passion to live her life to the full which must give you so much joy to see. Keep doing what you are doing Jade - Marie , you are doing Amazing Take Care all of you

I’m glad I can get the information across well, it’s deeply important to me to raise awareness around HLHS, because you truly cannot see how much they have to struggle with at eye level, and that can be so harmful to the mental and psychical heath. She has such a zest for life, and that is what keeps me powering through the parental struggles, know she is still making the most of each day :) Thank you as always ❤️
Great Vlog Jade - Marie So sorry to hear Dawn - Louise was unwell beforehand but glad she was well enough to make the trip. Exciting for you and Dawn - Louise going to London for the first time. Great to see a happy excited Dawn - Louise and a very proud Mum. I love the older architecture too, so much character and history in the buildings. London is busy and so full of life so much to see and do, but it’s just expensive. Great idea to get bikes, looked like you really had fun riding them round Hyde Park. Well Done Bobbie driving in central London and going around all the wonderful sights and landmarks. You all must have been exhausted after your trip but certainly seemed worth it . It was definitley a close call! It’s one of the harder parts of her being in mainstream schooling, she picks up every illness going. It really is beautiful to see! It is quite expensive, but definitley enough free things to do if you can get to them :). The only thing we paid for was the biked and charger. Loved them! Wish I could have shown what I was looking out at, beautiful area, shame I’m too scared to ride on the roads as it would have made getting around a lot quicker haha. Well, he works in London from time to time, so very used to driving his van around the streets :) it was definitley worth it! But yes, definitley a work out for the legs haha We hope to go again one day to show Dawn-louise around and see more since we lost an hour in the queue for the natural history museum haha
@@ArcherAdventures Poor Dawn - Louise as if she doesn’t have enough to cope with she has to go through that with the mainstream schooling situation. You are right there is many things in London that are free. Hyde Park is lovely and I’m so glad you enjoyed your ride around it. I do hope you are able to take Dawn - Louise again one day. Love Combe haven went loads of time but was always in a van by the pool untill one year was at the bottom I now I understand why people say about the hill 😂 what has been your favourite and least favourite haven park?
